Perfect location for the beach

It appeared that the room had simply been repainted without properly patching or repairing the walls first. In some areas, it almost looked like the paint was being used to cover up existing defects, which made the room look poorly maintained. There was also mold on the ceiling of the shower, and some of the towels had noticeable stains on them. The room also felt very humid throughout the stay, even though a dehumidifier had been provided. Overall, for the amount I paid, I expected a significantly cleaner, better-maintained, and more comfortable room. The condition of the room and the overall experience did not justify the $500 price tag.

Great location, very clean, quiet and great customer service. An older building but well taken care of.

Positives: 1. On the beach 2. Friendly staff 3. We arrived early but they had a room ready. 4. The room I booked was spacious. Negatives: 1. Bring your own toiletries. 2. The outside looks outdated but the room was nice. Would consider staying again.

Perfect little cheap beach hotel. 7 minute walk from the room door to the waters edge. Comfy beds, and cold ac. Will come again.

Great Access to the beach.. very awesome location

Great location. The place has what is needed and you just pack your bag and head to the beach. It’s not a posh place so if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the place for you.

They have wifi, and a pool. Honestly we didn't go to the pool, as you have the beach pretty close, you can walk less than 2 minutes and you're there, that's convenient af.

Overall nice, right by the beach. Very walkable. Only problem is I did not see a rinse off shower anywhere so once you come back you track sand into the room. There are no brooms provided to help clean up. A shower option on the property would be nice.

I loved it all!!!

We paid for a beautifully pictured Ocean View Room. The view of the ocean was OK accept for the public balcony all our bedroom windows were on. Could not really lay an relax with the curtains open! The balcony open to the whole resort had 2 very cheap dirty chairs and that was it. The room was clean enough but the AC in the bedroom did not blow cold. It was only a fan. The living room AC was great.

Location, Location, Location! Quick walk to the beach. Very close to lots of great restaurants. Very welcoming staff, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, muffins available free for breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were so pretty. We will definitely be back!

We expected the weekend guests to be partying and making a ton of noise, but the rooms have solid walls and if they did make noise we couldn't hear it. We had intended to only stay a couple of nights before moving on to another location, but extended our stay.
