Parking available Cleanliness if horrible, ants everywhere in the room, no water provided (you have to buy your own), staff are not trained on giving recommendation, feels like a personal recommendation rather than a proper concierge service

Very nice service, very good food, nice facilities You have to take a taxi to go to the beach, the golf course or to Palma.

the staff was very helpful and kind, they helped us with getting the taxi and understand what all we can explore as we were travelling with elderly parents. the restaurant din't have enough options in food for someone who wants to eat vegan and is not a fan of eggplant.

They have the most comfortable beds! The hotel is clean and well run, lovely staff. 8-10 mins to Palma in a cab. And most importantly a relaxed laid back atmosphere, which is what you want on holiday.

We have stayed here 6 times - it works perfectly for us! Everything is in the right place for busy people and the sauna closes at 9pm and can just skim in at 8.45pm - breakfast til 12 / the hotel has a beautiful Scent - we will be back! It’s all perfect

We loved the general 'feel' of the hotel with its animal theme, the lush greenery and small birds flying in and out of the hotel (our toddler loved this particularly), the indoor swimming pool, friendliness of staff, vegan options for food, comfortable and clean room, and much more. Unfortunately the hotel cannot control this but many of the other tourists were rude (I don't want to generalise, but if was typically people from a specific country). People smoking outdoors while we're eating or just near us and our toddler.

The location and property in itself was fine. The junior suite size was great! Very loud in the hallways and way too many children for us.
