Nice hotel! Room was clean and the hotel is well located.

Location We found dried blood in the headboard and the one pillow case. Also hair on floor

Breakfast and staff were great. Restaurants nearby were great. Free parking would have been an excellent perk.

Location and amenities Parking was not clearly explained when I was given a pass. I was told where to park, not that there would be special directions that needed to be followed on the parking pass. I was only told which garage and to use the pass. We were eventually able to find parking on floor 5 but did not know until checkout that we were supposed to park on floor 6 and scan the badge again.

Great place to start. Location is right near the water front. The room was very comfortable. Nice shower.

Beautiful hotel close to downtown, easily walkable. I did not like the layout of the room with the sink not in the bathroom, and the parking is in the parking garage across the street, on the top floor and you have to pay for it, otherwise I'd recommend.

We almost always stay here when in Portland. It's clean, modern, friendly staff & conveniently located.

Was able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Bar was closed our last night there.

As a woman traveling alone the one thing I didn’t like is that anyone could get on the elevator. There was no security. I felt more safe staying at the Courtyard Marriott because you had to have a room key to get on the elevator.
