Convenient and walkable to downtown. One workable elevator made it challenging and a line waiting to go up/down during breakfast hours. Valet service prompt and polite. Breakfast area clean and typical items, nothing over the top.

Valet parking retrieval was unusually slow. Staff initially said it will take 15 to 20 minutes to get your car after you request it. Then in reality, we were quoted “approximately 45 minutes,” which is way too long for retrieving a car and it forced us to adjust our plans for that day. We were reimbursed the $40 valet fee for that night, but still. Our 2nd retrieval of our car was much better, a 15-minute wait as quoted. The hot breakfast was fine, though the muffins were still frozen. The pool and room were both nice, and overall it was a decent stay. Great location as well.

Perfectly situated near great Portland waterfront area. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection was decent. Staff, especially valet parking staff, was very friendly. Breakfast seating was not enough space. Lacked self park option. Valet parking retrieval was not always timely.
