Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. Staff was very responsive.

Good location. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Great stay! Very nice breakfast buffet!

The service was awesome! They were all very helpful and I was so appreciative about being able to bring my dog with me at the last minute. If we had anything to complain about all it would be is the fact that the complimentary breakfast didn't ever have any bacon while we were there, but everything else was lovely.

My husband and I stayed in a studio room. The room was very clean as was the kitchenette. The staff was really friendly while checking in. Parking was on a ramp next door and we got a parking pass to scan while going in and out. It did cost $35 a day tho. The hotel was on walking distance to the "downtown " area. If we vacation on Portland again, we'll stay there.

Great location and nice property

The continental breakfast is one of the best that we've seen. The staff is efficient and keeps the breakfast well stocked. Parking is a little inconvenient with the 5 story parking garage that is located next door, but there really isn't any other option. This hotel location is convenient as the Marriott Residence Inn is a 5 - 12 minute walk from everything the Old Port has to offer.

The hotel is very clean and staff welcoming for sure. Breakfast was probably the best and there was a fire pit that staff didn't inform me about that later found out however, the price was over the top as a city of Portland. Everything is expensive but for three star hotel with three star amenities, it should be less location is OK but the neighborhood does have fair number of homeless people and it's very dark. There is no safe inside the room. They don't give you complementary water at check-in and housekeeping services are done every other day even if you stay for the weekend things that they should all reconsider your breakfast although very good is the same every day. Maybe they should change up the menu.

Also, we paid twice what we usually pay for a hotel to have a waterfront view from our room. That waterfront roof turned out to be a very narrow view through two tall buildings to see a tiny bit of the port. It was a real disappointment and I told the staff. To their credit, they were willing to give us $150 credit on our two nights day. Clue 4 RI: Don’t advertise the room as a waterfront view with a picture that shows waterfront across the whole window, and when your guest asks about it with this disappointment, don’t answer “well we did have it until the other tall buildings were built”… which means you do not have a waterfront view.

Corner room was beautiful

Very good location - easy to walk to everything the harbor has to offer. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is $35 a night - a bit high. Price of parking. Think it should be in the $20-25.00 range.

Staff was more than helpful with the accommodation and area information. The studios rooms are great and spacious with the mini kitchen and full refrigerator. Highly recommend a 9.8 rating only because of the location which could be a little bit easier on the feet but overall a really nice place.

Great location for restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and our room was recently remodeled. Would absolutely stay here again.
