The pool area needs work and also it's a bit crazy to me that my 16 year old daughter can swim isn't allowed in the pool without someone 2 years older is crazy

Everything was good. Though pool was cold.

Clean room good breakfast, but the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. It took around 3 to 5 minutes to drain.

Location and staff was pleasant I didn't like the first floor I don't like that first floor and the fact that there's no elevators there's only complaint that I have and no exercise room to work out in that could be a plus if it was operational

The walls of my room were covered in dirt. The hallways look like they are never vacuumed. Would not stay again. Very upset that I spent over 100 to be there.

To start the hotel was in a not so nice area. There was always weird people outside the hotel.

For the price it was okay, could be cleaner. The staff was awesome though and very friendly.

It was a little run down but it was clean overall

The parking lot was littered with beer cans & other trash. The fitness center was out of order. The bedspread had a cigarette burn hole in it, but the sheets & towels were clean. The room was clean, but it was obvious that they had just painted over stuff. The room wasn't stocked properly, but the desk clerk was 100% excellent & helpful. Also, the bathroom floor tile was loose & you had to walk carefully. The commode tank lid was from another toilet & wasn't even shaped to fit the toilet in the room. You could see down into the tank. Again, the bathroom was clean, but not stocked well.

bed was concave, winged up sides. 3 small pillows on a king bed? Phone line was cut and inoperable, Shake bed spread and small black stuff went everywhere. Headboard had smears and handprints. Only 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Sauna converted to storage room. Hot tub button had to be pressed 32 times to get it turned on, Exposed wiring where thermostat used to be, large graffiti on bench in pool area (paint the bench?) Vending machines didnt work. Overall, the owners of this property should be ashamed of themselves.... sell it or rehab it!

Poor cleaning, mold in pools, hot tub jets don’t work, water was extremely cool to the touch for a hot tub.

Staff here were very friendly and welcoming. The room was dusty when we arrived. Plus things on the carpet that could have been vacuumed before hand. The maid came and took care of things for us when told about it.

Not the fanciest place but slept well and food and store near by

Breakfast was only cold cereal and the waffle machine. Toaster for begals. Rough location. Lots of weird looking people coming and going.
