Bridgeway Inn & Suites Portland Airport

They were very pet friendly and that was nice. The lobby looked very nice. Unfortunately it was not very clean. I have seen worse but my coffee pot cord had gum on it. The hallways were dirty the pool and hot tub looked as if the paint or drywall or something had fallen into it. The staff was friendly but not always helpful. The stay was not horrible but could have used improvement.

This place offers complimentary coffee and breakfast. Breakfast was nothing to special but it's available. The room was clean, TV worked, and check-in was easy.

I wouldnt know, I was stuck in Grants pass and greyhound never picked me up, and when I finaly could get through to the hotel about it they penalized me 257.53 for not being able to leave Grants pass to make my hotel stay even tho I called as soon as I knew and no one picked up the phone.

Two suggestions. 1. The bathroom fan was very noisy. 2. The lobby should have some drinking water in addition to the coffee that was kindly available. Otherwise, it was a quiet and convenient location for the airport.

The lights were sticky to the touch, the room had stain everywhere, put us on the bottom floor even after seeing a stroller, the guy at front desk didn’t offer to help, a random guest did. The breakfast was AWFUL, everything was cold and broken, the guy in the front desk had his feet up in the back playing on his cellphone during breakfast hours, didn’t check in once. Met expectations

Breakfast was extremely limited. Even the coffee ran out. Also, gym was 'out of order', which is a HUGE minus for me. The machines were just standing there and door was permanently locked.

Shannon at the front desk has been absolutely wonderful. My husband had a heart issue and had to go into the hospital and she has been a fantastic person to talk to!

Practice staff and housekeeping were wonderful Landscaping was being done as we were here looking very nice

Reasonable room. It met the needs of the stay

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool and spa were nice , once someone showed us the trick to it. The breakfasts were pathetic. Really rather an insult ,they just shouldn't do it if they don't really want to... They were very accommodating to my small minpin pup. So all in all , they were satisfactory and pleasant. I would return.

This Hotel is disgusting! The lobby smelled powerfully of bleach. The room was horrible. Burn marks on the tattered bed spread. The carpet was filthy and ripped. The floor underneath the carpet was uneven and bumpy. The side chair was slashed. The phone was unplugged and in operable. I went to the bathroom & decided I would immediately check out. I forfeited my money and never want to think about the condition of that hotel again.
