It was a nice place had everything we needed

Check-in took longer than expected because there was only one staff member working at the front desk. While the employee was courteous, the wait was frustrating after a long day of travel. During check-in, I asked how to access the hotel breakfast since we had paid an additional breakfast surcharge through our reservation. The front desk staff told me that the breakfast staff would have a list of guests who had purchased breakfast. The next morning, however, the breakfast staff told us they did not have such a list and that we needed to get the details from the front desk. After speaking with the front desk, we were informed that only two guests were covered for breakfast. The situation was confusing and highlighted a lack of communication between hotel staff regarding breakfast benefits. Because the breakfast terms were not clearly communicated and the process was confusing, I contacted Expedia. After reviewing the issue, Expedia agreed to refund the breakfast surcharge. In addition, our room was not serviced during our stay even after we removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign from the door, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel needs to improve communication among staff, provide clearer information about guest benefits, and ensure housekeeping services are provided consistently.

My favorite place to stay in town! Everything was great
-
Made a compliant twice. Noise level was an issue. Delton and Aden were awesome!!! Food was good! Amenities were great!

The reality is if you stay more then one night your better off with separate reservations so you get a fresh room when you return from a day out.

Our room was dirty. Long silver hair on the floor all over the place. Spots on the chair and walls. It seemed that it was not cleaned before we arrived. When we tried to talk to someone about it they were always on the phone and didn't want to be bothered. The breakfast that was available with the coupon given to us at check in was very limited and not at all full meals. And we were questioned about where we got the coupon as if we had not be given it. Overall rude morning staff and not a clean room. Disappointing because we spent an extra $150 to stay there instead of the place closer to the event we were attending because we expected it to be a nicer/cleaner place to stay.

Nice place. The only negative comment has to go to the 10. per day parking junk fee!! It is absolutely ridiculous to charge guests to park a car!!!
-
Nice clean hotel. Nice lobby and bar area with pool table.

Cleanliness and the smell in the hallways. I felt that the staff lacked he professionalism that I would expect from a Marriott.

Room accommodations, staff friendliness and professionalism was great

It was good location. Lots of food options down the street and easy to get back on highway.

The hotel was amazing and smelled like a 5-star property. It was probably one of the best-smelling hotels I have ever stayed at. The only issues I experienced were seeing a couple of ants in the bathroom throughout my stay, the sink water pressure was very low, and there was no hand soap bottle—only a bar of soap. Other than that, my stay was excellent.

-charges fee for parking $10 a night -incidental charge of $40 -can hear everything outside -noisy upstairs children all night -charges for breakfast -attempts to up charge for internet -annoying plumbing -uncomfortable bed with lumps and the pillows were just air -ancient tv that tries to be a smart tv but fails -toilet paper that falls off the fixture randomly Booked through Expedia based on price and having read other reviews of other hotels. I didn’t read this one after I got tired of looking but I sure wish I did because for the price it was not worth it. No free breakfast. Paid parking. You can hear everything outside on the second floor. Someone thought it was funny to place kids on the third floor. They cried and banged on the floor all night and if they were doing that they were bouncing something on the ground. The shower while hot and decent pressure was annoying because it dripped on the weird drain fixture causing a ringing noise constantly while in the shower. The toilet paper hook seemed like it just wanted to fall off the wall. Staff were rude when checking in and laughing about the extra charge for breakfast. Also got to kill two spiders I found in the room. Not worth the money or ever coming back to stay at again.
