Heads up. They lie about room sensors. Feels like a money grab. Wasn’t in my room when “said occurrence” took place

Blaming customers while it could be as simple as a faulty sensor is crazy.

Very clean. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were very nice. It is close to gas station and a convenience store. Easily found and close to Portland. I was billed twice for one-night stay. Also charged $60 by the hotel. Have not received refund. Issue has not been resolved! I have messaged Booking.com and the hotel twice and no resolution a week later.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

Front desk staff were super nice - they were learning a new software system, so I suspect that will get easier for them in time. Only thing close by is a 7 Eleven so that was helpful for snacks although they do sell some items in the hotel lobby. In the am, there is a pop up Starbucks onsite. If you need to be on the East side of town, it's good, otherwise kind of far from downtown.

Wonderful and clean property with one of the cleanest pools and fitness areas I’ve seen!

it was a short trip. I was near Troutdale for a convention. Spent most of my time out of the building. The room was cool and well appointed. I might suggest making the venting in the bathroom the same switch as the light. I saw water marks on the glass of the shower and evidence of condensation on the ceiling of the bathroom - usually from not using the venting. Building is newish now, but can look under maintained if not addressed. I just spent a bunch of money on my own bathroom for the same reason so it may be particularly clear to me. Otherwise the space was very clean

The hotel was great. Very clean very well laid out in the rooms. The outdoor space was the star, though lots of seating and a fireplace.
