Rosewood Hotel - Portland East

i liked the location and the spacious parking lot. it’s super quiet and lowkey and the staff was super nice and accommodating! they require a deposit but the price has been quite cheap/affordable over all ! the rooms are a bit dark light wise and they don’t allow pets

such a great place to stay room was clean and comfortable.

I stay here often and always have a good experience.

Not sure if it's the area or what the reason is, but they keep every door, except the main lobby door, locked and used as an emergency exit only.. so it's extremely difficult to bring your stuff to your room because the only parking near the door is handicap only, ZERO parking up front available.

Do not stay here. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures and the entire place smells. Customer service is terrible. This place is just bad all around.

The room had no utensils, pans, cups, dish soap, paper towels, extra blanket or hair dryer. Someone was knocking on the wall and woke me several times, talking loud until 4AM. Got very little rest. The room carpet had something spilt on it and was sticky. The bathroom was unfinished and needed holes filled and some patched unpainted spots on the wall visible.There was work on the shower curtain holder were the metal attachment piece was sitting on the edge of the shower surround at the top. I most likely will not stay at this Hotel again.

When we arrived to check in. The room wasn't ready and they just let us in to the room. That was not even clean. Housekeeping poor doesn't speaks English so everytime I ask for towels they want me speak espanol.

It is so nice having the kitchenette & a full size fridge. They really need to do something about those ridiculous speed bumps .

I appreciated the clean comfortable room, having full command of the AC and the option of a kitchenette in my room if needed. Coffee was available. Not the best area, but plenty of fast food, cheap food, and stores nearby if needed. Staff was friendly.

I forgot to get a plastic fork from deli at the store but fortunately they had one so I was happy to not have to go somewhere else just to grab a fork and back. The room were nice and their area had gated area for parking which is nice, I didn’t use it though but it was nice to have that option. Their bed were comfy and not too firm. 👌

Melissa is an amazing hotel manager. She is very kind and friendly! I truly enjoyed staying here and will be back for future hotel stays!

Stayed here a few times never had a problem.
