We loved every minute! The front staff was absolutely incredible and we will book there again when in Portland for sure.

The staff was not friendly and had their young LGBQT+ friends waiting for them. The person checking us in spoke really fast and didn't help us at first. We were catching a flight early, so no breakfast for us. The pool was closed too.

This is my go-to when I have an early flight. The room is big, clean, and quiet. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows! Breakfast, if I am not leaving too early, is great as well. Have stayed several times and will stay again. The 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Several of the hotels on Airport Way have limited hours and this one is always available. And when needed - the Park and Fly option is really helpful.

Convenient Breakfast was convenient but tasteless . We definitely had better elsewhere. Repairing one elevator, so everyone had to just use only one elevator so the wait was long….

Typical Hampton with all the usual amenities located walking distance to PDX. Rooms great, staff helpful, shuttle on demand.

Convenient and comfortable stay right next to the airport, with a nice shuttle service. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great way to start off a trip!

Their staff treated us terribly, blamed us, stated that we were lying, and charged us for parking without our consent after telling us that she would honor what I was told when I called prior to even making the reservation (okay to park while we traveled, no charge like we've done in the past without issue) but in the future, she would have to charge us per day for parking. THEN we were charged with the card I left for incidentals. Her treatment of us was beyond terrible. It was unprofessional, rude, and insulting. We will not stay here again and now I have to dispute the charge she made without my consent or knowledge!
