The rooms were not clean at all. The drain in the tub was rusty and there was a room full of discarded furniture with the door open. The people were noisy and kept slamming the door outside our room.

Very helpful staff

Because the AC didn’t work, we opened the window and thankfully it was nearly cool enough. Yet, people were outside smoking and making noise, until quite late. (There is an outer door near our window.) The smoke came in the window. Unfortunately, she didn’t wake me to shut the window, believing that it would be too hot. Also, a lot of noise came from the hallway with doors being slammed. Overall, my wife had a terrible night’s sleep. She did not enjoy the stay. Not happy about the $50 deposit charge against my credit card. I was told it was for incidentals and any room damage. There were no incidentals in the room. I have never experienced a deposit for potential room damage. Ridiculous! The staff were nice. However, absurd polices, unfortunate AC experience and noise. The first night we were placed on the second floor. My wife has mobility problems. She had no choice but to climb the stairs with my help (no elevator). We were to come back a week later. I sent a request through Expedia to the hotel, asking for first floor room. The Hotel never responded. Lastly, I booked the room on Expedia. The $10.00 per day to park your car is hidden behind the second layer of information. Not immediately visible. We will not stay there again.

The air conditioning/ heating the fan was really noisy.

Chair in the room heavily damaged. Should throw it alway and replace new one. I throw my office chair away is 1000 time better. Towel with hole! It means very very old! Not sure if I come back to this hotel.

The guy who drove the shuttle was really nice and did a great job

My overall experience was okay. The things that need upgrading is the AC and the TV (small and outdated). The staff were very helpful and the shuttle service was good.
-
Nigh staff is great. Cleaners make noise in the morning. Room furnitures are too old but okay.driveway entrance is narrow.

Location very convenient for work

The staff was very helpful and the airport shuttle was a big plus. Room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. It was a bit noisy at night with travelers coming to and from the airport.

The bathroom floor is very dirty . it’s a lot of hair on the floor. and stain mattress. Never stay again. The front desk staff is not friendly
-
Easy check in. However, we quickly realized the AC unit in our room was not working. The front desk quickly and easily set us a different room and called the maintenance staff right then to fix the issue. I arranged a 3:00am transport to the airport which was easily done. I would return and stay again.

It’s really close to the airport. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Really good and safe . clean, thank you.

Staff was not friendly. No elevators so if you have a lot of gear plan to lug it. They charge for parking but their system is so broke you practically have to trick the system to get the gate open. Place needs some love, this is not the Red Lion I remember.

The desk clerks were terrific, the room was clean, the facility nice. HOWEVER, the key cards repeatedly failed to work and the room deodorizer was excessively heavy and impossible to escape—it was actually headache-inducing. BUT THE WORST was the fact that the two-story building had no elevator. This information should have been clearly stated upfront; instead, it was buried in the middle of the Accessibility section, which you only read if you have ADA issues. There was no way I could get my heavy suitcase up and down their long flight of stairs! The desk clerk was very kind and got me a room on the first floor at no extra charge, but I was appalled that this fact did not present itself before I booked the room.

average hotel with no amenities and pay extra to park

The biggest issue was the overall cleanliness of the property outside the room. There was quite a bit of dust and several cobwebs throughout the property that could use some attention. The staff member on duty deserves recognition. They were incredibly friendly and professional despite being the only employee on site. Their reservation/payment system was down, so they were checking guests in manually while also handling payments and assisting everyone else. Even though they were clearly overwhelmed, they remained courteous and did an excellent job under difficult circumstances. One thing future guests should know is that there is no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us, but it could be challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or heavy luggage if they're assigned a second-floor room. Overall, I'd stay here again because of the excellent customer service, but I hope the property addresses some of the maintenance and housekeeping issues.

Hotel is fine, nothing remarkable, but was clean. Be aware, though that there is no elevator so if you have lots of bags, you will have to carry them up the stairs.
