Staff was out front smoking with a friend on the phone with her boyfriend. She didn’t get us and continues her conversation with the boyfriend on speaker. His language was inappropriate. Several people walked in behind me so she hung up and pushed papers my way for me to sign. I felt like was doing her a disservice by checking in stating there. She made no effort to say here’s your room key here’s where it’s located or anything else. No smile, just sign and here you go. I was looking for the elevator but there isn’t one. I have bad knees and that was a deal breaker for me. After feeling like I was a problem for disturbing her cigarette phone time I then had to haul my belongings up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The gentleman the next morning was great and out cleaning windows. I do say the room was nice, anir conditioning worked great, and beds very comfortable. I wasn’t aware of the parking fee. I might not have researched this out as well as I should’ve. I saw Red Lion and have stayed at several before that were super great. You need an elevator. Thank you.

No elevator. No breakfast. $10 parking. Very close to airport and gas station.

The bed was comfy and we had the allotted towels for two people and the room was clean. When the room was booked, we did not notice there was not breakfast available and more importantly, there was no elevator. Two senior citizens on the second floor with luggage to hike up to the room. The stairs are right in front of the check in desk and both times, going up and then down to leave, we are struggling to move our luggage (with wheels) clunk, clunk, clunk on the stairs, while the desk clerk doesn't offer assistance or even look up to see what all the racket was.

The property was mostly clean.however there were people who were allowed to talk loudly until 2am near the exit. They played loud music and were very loud.

It is so close to PDX and major Freeways.

Water is not available for complimentary provision; it must be purchased. The linens in the room were found to have blood stains, and the room key experienced intermittent functionality issues.

Not sure why, but I had no maid service. I was there 3 nights, 2 days--no clean towels, no trash emptied. I also didn't like that you had to get a parking ticket each time you enter, then get it validated each time you left. The bathtub was super slippery, an accident waiting to happen. Needs rubber strips on bottom or a rubber tub mat; the cotton bathmat is supposed to be used to step out onto.

Passable

I didn’t like anything about this property. It should be demolished. Dirty, moldy, room smells like an Ashe tray.

Good hotel for a good price! Not too far from downtown. Right next to the airport and reliable shuttle.
-
If there is a negative, it was the loud voices of the people in the hallway. They didn't ask for the parking fee ticket at the desk and I didn't understand that I had to pay $10 to get out of the parking lot. So, I guess I paid double for parking.

Friendly & helpful staff. Casual atmosphere.
-
Nothing Unfriendly staff, extremely loud doors to the hallways where the rooms are, and they don't take online-only bank cards

The young man working the front desk was kind and helpful. We noticed a very strong smell of marijuana through the hallways while walking to our room. I needed to have my parking ticket validated the next morning and the staff member the early morning shift had no customer service skills. The property seemed clean, but needs updating. For a 6 hour stay, it worked for us.

Great location. Room was decent and clean.
-
Delayed flight caused late check in. Staff was ok when I called.
