Hampton Inn & Suites Portland-Pearl District

This hotel was very nice, exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great and very expansive, the hotel feels new, the room (family suite) was spacious and we loved the rooftop deck and the security. We would’ve liked a hot tub, but everything else about the hotel was great. And a good location for exploring.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the location was great. I can’t give it a five because the room was not maintained very well. Had to get a light fixed, the toilet seat was loose, and the air conditioning did not work very well. The air conditioning Kept the room cool but it would trigger on loudly every 20 minutes, making it difficult to sleep.

The room was spacious and very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect to walk to restaurants and shops in Portland.

Portland is home to me, but have not lived there in 60 years. It was fun to be in a clean, well maintained hotel, centrally located in beautiful Pearl District now a very popular hub of the city. Great selection of a nice hot FREE breakfast. Will definitly stay at Hampton Inn.

Best stay I ever stayed at! The GM Hugh was amazing! Was out greeting stayers and assisting in cups of tea. Never seen anything among stays anywhere in the US. Great experience and would come back!

Good location and good value - all staff friendly and helpful. Very clean room. All the basics nothing fancy. Very busy hotel but very customer focussed. Would stay here again!

Hotel is in a good location. Staff is friendly. Good security. Typical hotel breakfast. Pool area has TONS of chlorine. Clean rooms. More blankets would have been nice, but overall a good stay.

Felt like home. Spacious rooms, great breakfast, nice indoor pool and very friendly and responsive staff.

I really enjoyed this hotel, from the convenient location (close to the Powell bookstore, Union station, restaurants, and the post office) to the spacious room and the excellent breakfast.

Very popular with young families. The manager Hugh went out of his way to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast was more than adequate and plentiful. Staff were extremely courteous.
