Clean room and comfortable bed. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Denny restaurant and Burgerville are across from hotel. No things to complain but the valet parking. You have to pay $43.00 for the valet or parking your car on the street that it isn’t recommended. The hotel should state it more clearer.

I was never reimbursed for the second night.
-
Hotel was clean and modern. The parking was a little tricky to access but the valets were all very nice and helpful. I didn't really like that everything in the room had a sale price on it but we just ignored it. Overall it was quiet and clean so I was happy.

Very nice!
-
Staff was extremely attentive and very welcoming! We need more hotels like this everywhere!
-
Every staff member I met was extremely kind and helpful. The room was spotless and air conditioning was already on and waiting for me. (Perfect on a 80°f day). Hotel was quiet and a quick walk to lots of food options! I have no complaints, everything was good!
-
Room was clean, staff was super nice. Breakfast wasn't amazing though
-
Excellent, friendly staff. Electric car charging. Well stocked room. Nice shower. Restaurant food was ok, but underwhelming for the reputation one Pacific Northwest foods. I’ll happily stay here in future, but will dine elsewhere.
-
Excellent location near the convention center. Room decor was um, funky. No maid service over 5 days. Breakfast cafe downstairs was nice but very limited hours. Exercise room was well appointed and didn't see anyone else using it. Fridge was full of drinks for sale, not much room for my food and meds. Clean room and friendly staff. Bedside lamp and TV would randomly turn on at odd hours.

I can't say enough about how amazing my stay was at this hotel. But I will say that the staff was exemplary. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and all together a pleasure. We dined in the tavern upstairs, and happy hour is absolutely amazing. There are very easy dining options extremely close by, the only thing that I could possibly take exception to was that parking was limited, and I believe that parking on the weekend when the hotel is at capacity will be a bit challenging. Outside of this, I would absolutely stay here again

The neighborhood didn’t seem safe or clean! And the hotel itself was way different than the photos.

Clean and comfortable
-
Requested room clean but didn’t receive it
-
My only real complaint is check in is to late in the day. When coming in from out of town hours away it makes it complicated to do more in short time with a hotel check in after 4 PM.
-
The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was very convenient to the convention center which is across the street. The Max Train is also right across the street which made coming from the airport super easy, convenient, and cheap. There isn’t a lot nearby and valet parking is very expensive. But public transportation and ride share makes it easy to get around if you don’t have a car.

The hotel seems to have very good security - the surrounding neighborhood is clean but there are a few homeless wandering on certain streets not far from the hotel, but at least there are no tents. This is something that is a Portland problem. One reason we chose this hotel was to avoid homeless issues in the downtown area and we believe we made a good choice in this regard.

Exceptional

Great service with staff including valet parking. Didnt have any issues while staying here and rooms were really clean and smelled nice. A bit of dusty areas but nothing major. Would recommend, it was in a pretty good area everything felt close enough to drive or maybe even walk.
-
A clean and well appointed hotel in a great location. Parking is a bit pricey but it is valet lonely and convenient. The Forest Park is nearby for a nice hike. The rooftop bar is great for dinner and has a good beer on tap selection.

Incredible view from the fifth floor bedroom of the towers at the Convention Center! Really nice room amenities.
