Inn At The Convention Center

Although the room was cleaned, the smell made it impossible for me to stay a second night. It was not just my room. I went to another room and the smell was worse.

We couldn’t even check in because the key cards weren’t working, the man at the counter scanned cards over and over almost a hour of trying and no luck. So we didn’t get to check in and it was still non refundable.

Very convenient to The Convention Center.

Sink isn’t draining and staff would not help

Place is dirty dead cockroach’s the water in the bathtub filled while in the shower didn’t feel comfortable showering even with shower shoes. We had to go down to reception few times cause our room key would stop working always long wait to get that fixed. The workers were good people but the property is far from that stay at your own risk

Check-in was slow, because the card reader was not working. I had to come down twice because my key didn’t work both times. Almost every time I came back to the hotel, my key did not work, and I had to come back down to get it fixed. The rooms were okay, just unfinished fixes, such as the mirror being on the ground and not on the wall. The shower pressure was good, but the drain was not draining the water fast enough. For convenience, I would recommend finding a different hotel around this price if you are on a budget. The location was very convenient, though. All the bus stops and light rails were very close to the hotel.

I have been coming here for 20 years. This was the worst experience I have ever had! The elevator didn't work, and I'm disabled! The clerk offered no assistance getting my luggage up the stairs. Also, there were no ice machines.

Very dirty and not TV service terrible

The staff were very helpful working with what they had to work with to help us and maintain our stay. a lot of the issue with really out of the hotels control to graffiti on the road and homeless people lots of food places within walking distance convenient to get to the motor center so if you’re on low budget, this would be a good place

Check-in was almost 2 hours, the elevator is poorly maintained not to mention cosmetic. Definite safety concerns, the smell in the hallways from the poorly maintained elevator. Check-in is at three, but you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to get checked in. They put an ice bucket in your room, but there is no ice machine. Please could definitely benefit from a remodel.

The carpet was the worst. Im sure they had cleaned it but there no getting that carpet cleaned. Ever. Then there was a 20$ a night parking fee even though there's no mention of that anywhere until you get to the hotel. Its just really old but its cheap so you get what you pay for.

Ice machine broken, keys to our door stopped working and we almost had to go find another room for the night. With no help for the night but telling us to come in the morning to talk. Would think that would cause you to comp finding a room. Since it was at the fault of the hotel. Luckily got in but I can’t imagine what we would’ve have done with our car keys in the room. Definitely need some sort of system to prevent this.

It was a nice evening. I have not got my deposit back yet.

It is getting dated. For this stay the elevator was not working. Had to use stairs.

The location and staff. The paint from the ceiling was peeling off ,the bathrooms trim and paint was also falling off , didn’t have toilet paper in my room and when I tried to call downstairs nobody answered.

Rooms was ok. Rooms was ok after the moved us twice. Elevators weren't working the whole time i stayed there and keep in mind I was on the 3rd floor. The door to the next room in my room was kicked in so a chair was up against it to hold it shut. You have to pay $25. per car to park in there own lot. Etc......
