Quality Inn Downtown Convention Center

The stay was great, the rooms had great access and the accommodation were awesome. I would recommend the hotel to other people traveling or staying overnight

The breakfast was horrible only waffles and yogurt pool not existent hot water was limited couldn't shower worst experience ever

You get what you pay for. Many folks that are under the influence fighting near by. There was folks working on the engine of a car in the parking lot. Staff we're never at the desk when I came to the lobby. Beds were lumpy. AC unit was loud so I just kept it off.

The location was great for visiting the convention center that weekend and parking was easy and cheap. The room wasn't super clean though and the breakfast was minimal at best.

Nothing waste of money. Smelled of cigarette, pillow cases looked yellow and dingy, after enjoying my night out with friends and family thinking we could sleep in we were awaken at 5 am to a screaming child that didn't stop screening till about 8 am. Not a regular scream either like a child losing it's breathe almost from screaming so hard and for so long. Slamming doors from same room we finally realized there was no sleep to be had so skipped breakfast dropped key off and went home.

The breakfast is so good I haven't used a Waffle maker in a long time. We had a very good time sleeping and chat and everything. I can't wait to book this hotel again next year for Furlandia. I somehow see a damaged on the bathroom. We didn't caused that but it's there since we came.

When we entered our room, the garbage from another person was still in the garbage can very disappointing. At the counter, when he told us about breakfast, I said, is it good? He said, well, what we have of breakfast? We didn't even bother going to eat

The damages on the door next to the lock and on some on the bottom of the walls were a little concerning but we survived lol

The room was clean, they have underground parking and the staff there are amazingly helpful and friendly!! I’ve stayed there a few times whenever I go to concerts at the Moda Center. Plus, Red Robin is right across the street from the Quality Inn, so it’s really convenient!!

We did not stay there we were told we would get our money back. The property has not held any money from us. Booking.Com is ripping us off. What was advertised was not true there is no heated pool, but that’s on Booking.Com. We checked out within the hour.

Front desk staff are always helpful tentative and Berry helpful

The smoke detector beeped loudly the entire stay and I still have not received my deposit back and it’s been a week
