To start with, it’s the nicest room I had so far. It’s very close from the and the room is all an old bricks, but transformed into a perfect room. The people is so friendly, as friendly as I never saw in a hotel. They were giving me food all the time and the water is free.!!! I forgot about the fact that is really really affordable.!!! My bed was hard as the floor, but they came up with another mattress for me, so I could sleep well!!!

Quiet place in the heart of Hue city. The river view is worth it. A good experience. The staff's English is not very good. I had to use the translation tool, but it did not affect my experience.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was clean, fully equipped, and smelled fresh the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to any requests. The location is also very convenient — close to the city center and easy to get around. I was especially pleased with how quiet and comfortable the room was — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The price was reasonable for the quality of service provided. Location is great if you like not being in the centre! Real Vietnam experience. No view when we paid extra for a river view

The staff were lovely, they have free bikes which we used to ride around and see so much in one day. The room was clean and tidy with aircon. No breakfast

The location was great. The property was ok for the price. The hot water was a plus! Staff was nice! I used the room 10/1 and literally used the room for a shower and to sleep. We rented a motorbike in da nang and always had parking! They have bathroom amenities Like toothbrush and comb+ $10us nightly and it’s like a motel in the US. You pay for what you get. We had plans in the area as we were part of an engagement party so it was a last minute booking. The rooms are a bit old and outdated. The bed was hard but that’s typical Vietnam. The walls and floors were a bit scary looking as the walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned in maybe a decade. The TV didn’t turn on and we weren’t really interested to call the front desk to come in since we would have to walk to The front to ask them To come in since no phones. The towels they give you are hard and like large rags. The toilets water pump keeps getting stuck so we would have to manually push the leveler down for the toilet to refill the next flush.

Quiet, clean and comfortable place. Nice balcony terrace. Great shower. Can't really fault the place. Good motorbike rental. There is no social atmosphere if that's what you're looking for.

Should provide better heating

The stuff was super friendly and helpful, and the street where the house is, is super adorable. The bed mattress was a bit harder, but it could be up to my habit.
