La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Portland Airport

The staff from both morning and night were very friendly.

Very understaffed. Bed was clean. Not so much around toilet and shower. The lone employee was very helpful.. but other than that, will not stay again. Also- construction light pointed directly into window and blinds did not fully block it.

The room was dirty.

The hotel was great, excellent staff, great location, room was clean.

Close the airport and affordable. Staff was super helpful and polite but you largely get what you pay for. Not a 5 star resort.

This hotel is ok, it’s good for a quick overnight stay if you’re looking for something not too expensive, one of the room we were given did have spots of mold in the restroom on the ceiling which we brought to the hotel’s attention. They took care of it right away and gave us another room. And that room was going to be renovated next. I will say the hotel is currently undergoing much needed renovation. So there’s that to forward to. Other than that of all the places we stayed from WA going down to AZ, we even stayed at some pretty nice hotels in CA, I will say this hotel had the best customer service and management really listened to our concerns and took care of it right away. Thats why I love La Quinta because they have always had the best customer service support.

My kids said they needed to sanitize themselves after staying. We won’t stay here again. There are many better options around PDX.

Loved the inside pool and hot tub.

Clean room and nice staff

Staff was very nice, they were doing the best that they absolutely could with limited resources.

The room was clean and nice for just a couple hours of sleep before catching a plane in the morning. The air conditioning did not work so it was pretty warm. The hallways where a little outdated and didnt look the cleanest. The room we stayed in was a combined room, but the room next door on both sides pretty sure had people actually living in them because they had doorbells. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything through them.

Blood stains in mattresses very unsanitary biohazard and unsafe

No wash cloths in room, main tv in bedroom didn’t work and front desk was unable to assist, air conditioner in room was extremely noisy. No one answered the phone when calling the front desk to request assistance.

Location was good, near airport. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful! Bathroom mirror in dire need of paint. A general face-lift would be appropriate.

Breakfast was OK. However I would like to have more of a selection for vegans. Gym was stuffy and warm before beginning exercising

The rooms were clean, the staff was awesome and the hot tub and pool were amazing. The only recommendation I have is a remodel. The furniture in the rooms was old, stained, run down and need replaced. The beds were super comfortable. And the again the staff was so nice and accommodating.
