We loved this spacious room and it was nice to be able to have our dog with us.

Wish there were more amenities, parking was expensive and so was the bar.

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff is wonderful. The coffee at the lobby is amazing. I stay here frequently when visiting family that lives near by. I always take the room with a kitchen a sofa bed and balcony. The view from that room is wonderful.

Love the optional restaurant availability and even more so their 24 hour mini store. Theyre always super friendly and the place is always clean and nice. Cozy beds and large bathrooms is great. When I have something in southern Portland this is where I stay. Its quick to jump onto any highway or the freeway too but not located in a noisy location. Its also a path away to the Riverwalk.

Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff and right next to a river trail should you want a stroll.

Great room. Nice view on the balcony - bathroom was huge! I would visit again!

Disappointed there is no free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Our balcony was not clean and had cigarettes butts thrown on the other side of the railing. The air-conditioning unit made a sound like someone was living in the attic. The overall property was very nice and in a nice area by the water.

The room was clean and the bedding was so luxurious. I slept like a baby.

This is a really nice hotel and conveniently located next to the ice facility for hand protesting which is good because I know this company might not best but it is a very nice hotel and it is in a good location on the river!

The check in process and ease of entering and leaving the Hotel was nice. Access to the waterfront and bike path. I would not recommend staying at the River Edge Hotel. The lack of security in and around the property is extremely concerning, especially considering guests are required to pay for parking. There appears to be little to no monitoring of the parking area, and during my stay my vehicle was broken into and personal items were stolen. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of empathy or professionalism from management. No one reached out to follow up, offer assistance, or show any concern about the situation. For a hotel charging guests for parking, there should absolutely be better security measures in place. On top of that, the hallways smelled strongly of mold and cigarettes, making the overall environment feel neglected and poorly maintained. Between the unsafe parking situation, poor customer service, and unpleasant facilities, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere with secure, monitored parking and better accommodations instead of the River Edge Hotel.
