Only provided coffee in the lobby in the mornings. As is par for the course, most lobby brewed coffee, and in room coffee to brew are extremely weak and has not much flavor. Not sure why this is almost universal bad amenity provided for every room and facility, no matter how expensive the room is or is not.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Clean and comfortable and very little to no noise at night. I was there a Saturday to a Sunday. The only thing I did not like was that parking was to be paid in cash. The thing I did like was that parking was only $10 and that is much less than most hotels in the area.

NOTHING AT ALL, STAFF EXTREMELY RUDE. ONLY GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS LOCATION I didn't like anything at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude upon checking in. My boyfriend and I arrived around 1pm on a Thursday and asked what time we could check in and if we could check in early. The first staff member said check in time is at 4:00 p.m. but he would let us check in at 3:00 because they were still cleaning the rooms. When 3:00 came around I went inside to try to check in and another staff member came out and was extremely rude to me saying check in time is 4:00 p.m. although 2 hours before that he said he would let me check in it 3:00 p.m. so at 3:00 p.m. when I tried to check in he was extremely rude and said no you can't check until 4:00 p.m. when I asked why he said three he said he didn't say that and continue to be very rude and said 4:00 p.m. so I canceled my reservation and it is now 24 hours later and they still have not released my money back to me so I called this morning and asked what was going on again they were extremely rude interrupting me telling me to call booking.com I said that booking.com is still waiting for them to reply and the man said he would call booking.com it's over 24 hours later now again and they still have not contacted them I have emailed I've called the hotel and they still are saying they will call to return my money but I have not yet to get it. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at this hotel for its customer service is incredibly rude and not friendly at all and they require a $200 deposit which the rooms are t even nice enough to ask for triple the rate of a deposit. The only thing good about this hotel is the location that's about it. I'm rating this a zero, they don't even deserve a 1.

When I arrived I was on the phone sitting in my car and who I'm going to assume was one of the managers came up and knocked on my window and when I rolled it down was very rude and told me o couldn't park here. I explained I was on the phone and I had a reservation was just finishing my call then would be checking in. She told me to either check in or leave the parking lot! If I could have canceled and not had to pay for the room I would not have stayed. My sister stopped by to drop off my medicine on her way threw town as I live in medford and it was not a planned trip(mom flown to OHSU) I was putting on my shoes so we could leave and staff knocked on the door telling me I had to pay for another person, I explained we were leaving and she was not staying. They told us to either pay or she needed to go! All in all not a place I would stay again for the simple fact the staff are rude!

It's a very basic motel. It's clean enough and not too old. There's a microwave and fridge for your convenience. If you want to park your car, it's $10/ day which is very reasonable. The location was ideal for us as it's very close to Portland State University, where our child goes to school. It made visiting them extremely convenient

Very courteous, helpful staff. Clean rooms. The room's A/c unit works but could use repair / replacement to reduce fan's noise and responsiveness.

This is great value for the money and near everything with, best of all, an attentive ownership unlike the human-less conveyer belt at supposedly better hotels. There is parking for a small fee unlike most downtown hotels, and it's the best of the ones that do.

A very convenient and comfortable room. It's near a gas station and a university, and there are food stalls right next to it. A very good place for one night stay.
