I don't have any. Everything was great 👍

Our room was very dirty, the fridge was filty and carpet was not vaccumned. The bar or the resturant, their food was not great. FAmily amananies were great. Save yourslef a headache please don't stay here, its very unkept building and front staff is extremly rude.

The room was clean and the restaurant was very good and convenient. We did not utilize any of the extras they offer due to time restraints, but it looked like they had a lot of good options. Definitely a great place to stay

This was my first time in Portland and this hotel made my stay so great!! The staff is very helpful and the rooms were great! The suite had plenty of room. The rental program is amazing! We used the Roku and the bikes a few times and it was perfect! Definitely recommend staying here!

There was no info about the surrounding businesses, restaurants or attractions. Their website is awful and misleading. It adds $30 to the total when it says the price was with no additional fees. If it was not so close to the Keller I would have not stayed there.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming - there were so many fun amenities - such as a s'mores bar every night, free arcade games, board game room, equipment rentals, and a kid's play area. We also loved the baby goat party and the restaurant was really fantastic! Hands down one of our best hotel stays ever. We couldn't think of anything else for improvement, we loved it!

Amazing place to stay if you are traveling with Kids

The staff were great and helpful. The room was tiny, the carpet was filthy with stains on it, and the fridge needed cleaning and defrosting. We chose this hotel over the other because of free breakfast but all it had was basically cold cereal, boiled eggs, and pastries that were very low quality. Very disappointing. The s’more service was fun and dinner was good, though they only had one cook the night we were there so it took awhile to get our food. The cost of parking was outrageous, though I realize most hotels add this fee. Location is great. Unfortunately, because of the room situation, we won’t stay at this one again.

Boutique, unique feel. Excellent staff. A great quiet board room with internet where I took a work call. Garage was VERY tight!
-
The Hotel Zags has plenty of family friendly games and open space outside and in the lobby to gather. Parking is also very convenient. Carpets in the rooms we stayed in looked dirty and some other cosmetic things could be down to improve the appearance in the rooms.
-
Very nice stay. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Close to several touristy things to do. Relatively quiet despite being in the city.

I have a broken ankle and the staff did everything they could to help me
