Hotel Vance, Portland, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Hotel was well run and in a good location to the Museum and other downtown places.

Hotel Vance provided us with a great stay. Super location close to the museums and the great Saturday farmer's market at Portland State. The attached restaurant was nice. Also, I left an airpod earbud in the room and the hotel helped me arrange for it to be shipped to me. Thank you so much for the great service!

Great location. But I recommend parking at a garage nearby unless you’re okay with paying $50 overnight parking

Big room (the corner ones at least). Self-parking garage. Dog-friendly. Great Location.

I did not like that you had to pay for parking per night even though we got it validated so presumed it was free, I also did not like that the fridge was so tiny I could not even fit a tiny bowl of dog food in it without turning it sidewards

It was ok I thought it could use a little more cleanliness

First time here nice place to crash a few days. Staff was very nice I enjoyed the lounge in morning bright. Room worked for my family. Would stay again.

Close to rapid transit and walkable

Parking deck available for downtown business. Would let customers know about pricing of parking up front. Room was large and spacious .

Our experience was uniformly great. Modern structure well maintained with very accommodating and helpful staff. Walking distance to many attractions and for our purpose Portland State University. Easy to park below and cost very affordablle to stay in hotel.

Excellent artfully decorated hotel at great location. Very clean and updated. Excellent restaurant and a Starbucks in the same building. Took one star off because of high pitch noise in a corridor that woke us up at 6:30am. It was an egress door malfunction. I went down and alarmed staff. Staff took care of it in about 30 min. Probably will not happen to you.

The hotel was in a great location, I thought. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and inviting. Only small issues is parking fees and bed was harder than I prefer, but that's just my personal preference. Absolutely would stay there again
