We got catfished! Not a great place. Very dirty and old. Beds suck, pillows they give you 3 per person because they’re as thin as paper and even after stacking them they don’t even make an equivalent to one pillow. They have you call if you want your room cleaned every day. And even then they will tell you oh we’re not cleaning rooms today. In the 7 days we were there and 3 times asking for room service we only got it once cause the other days they weren’t doing it. Breakfast is horrible, the orange juice is watered down times 10. Staff not friendly they don’t greet you or anything. Don’t do it! They charge parking by too when they don’t even provide you with all the other amenities you’re told you’ll get.

Room was clean and the staff were supper helpful.

Beds felt small for advertised queen sizes. No fan in the bathroom. Loved the pool! Wished there was a hot tub. Staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly!

Easy stay with good breakfast
-
Place was clean and convenient. If you need a place near portland downtown then you can save some money here with the included breakfast and lower Parking cost.

13$ us for parking is great. Hotel a little dated but clean. Will definitely come back for a Warriors v Blazer game. Hallways a little noisy.

I've stayed there almost once a week since the beginning of the year. And generally the rooms are decent, and if there is an issue they fix it right away. this is been the worst room I've ever stayed in at this place. The refrigerator didn't work the shower barely got any water out of it and the coffee maker didn't work I told him about these issues and nobody ever fixed anything. Then as I was checking out they didn't even offer to make things right with me or refund me or nothing

Such a wonderful night stay, really enjoyed how cozy and clean the room was.

But this a tired old hotel. And when I asked if there's a toothbrush they cd provide...nope, no hospitality items. A mini mart in walking distance but as a senior woman at 10:30 pm...nope that's not happening. Bed sagged horribly, everything was just worn out.

Very comfortable hotel. Loved they had a laundry. Breakfast needs beefing up.

Front desk doesn’t acknowledge you! Head down, pretending like they’re typing at all times.
-
Good location, quiet, clean and peaceful hotel.

Other than that, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would consider staying here again.

Couple of issues: We requested our to be cleaned day before, rule is before 9:00 am you have to inform if you need your room cleaned When we returned in the night our room was not cleaned, we called reception and their response was housekeeping left, if you want you can move to another room. We paid $13 per day for parking, one the day we were checking out there was a $50 ticket from the university meter guy. When we asked the front desk they confirmed they had entered our car number incorrectly. We didn't have to pay the ticket, but what a hassle. Breakfast was bad with yogurt in a big open bowl, scrambled eggs, waffles.

Quiet and safe area. Must pay for parking. Breakfast is okay. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly.

El lugar muy bueno cerca de todo para comer afuera

A very nice stay for the value. The atmosphere in the courtyard/pool area with it's trees and well-placed tables and chairs helped me unwind in a very stressful situation. Staff was very helpful and kind. Good breakfast.

Breakfast buffet had many choices and space worked well for this busy hotel near PSU campus.

Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was a bit dated but was super clean. Our room was very clean, no weird smells. Was also very quiet. We had a balcony and decided to leave the door open through the night to stay cool instead of the AC and it was very peaceful. Breakfast had a few extra options besides the normal continental breakfast and was in a nice large room with plenty of places to sit. Overall had a great experience and would 100% stay here again.
