Location was great - I felt very safe the entire time I was there. AC in the room was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Stayed here after finishing the Camino and taking a train to Porto. Felt like the AC was a reward. Comfortable bed. Bathroom and facilities in the room just looked old. This was the first place through the entire camino where I saw a bug. There was a spider in the bathroom. Just felt like no one had actually tried to clean up the place. The shower head didn’t even stay up when on. These feel like obvious misses if someone were properly cleaning the bathroom. The front desk agent also wasn’t the kindest but there was someone overnight who switched with the original lady and she was wonderful. It did the job for a night. And the beds were comfy.

The staff were excellent, friendly, professional. The room was great, I use ear plugs so if there was noise, I didn't hear it. The bed was perfect, firm, just how I need it for my back. Pillows were great too. Had the 10€ breakfast. It's cold meat, cheese, bread, cornflakes, fruit, yoghurt, Coco pops, coffee machine. No other option that I was aware of. It was a good clean place. Not rough at all. 20 min walk to centre, or 5 min from nearby Marques metro station. Better breakfast options and I might have eaten there. Needing to keep the key with reception. Sometimes I just want privacy and not talk to anyone, asking for the key each time.

the location is great for ease to metro, I have stayed before and was very pleased to return the room I had this time was great for all my needs clean and comfortable the bathroom was very clean and great pressure in the shower, I shall be using again Nothing to add

Most of the staff were really attentive, especially the ladies looking after the breakfast buffet (they made us freshly fried eggs every morning and made sure we could get natural yoghurt instead of flavoured options). The room was modest and only had a small window without much sunlight coming in. It is definitely in need of renovation, however, as long as it is clean (and it was), it is suitable for a short stay (especially if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in the room).

The staff were very helpful and clear. The room was clean and tidy. The location is close to the metro and walkable to the centre down a straight downhill walk. There were several local places for breakfast and an evening meal. Expectations were met. The door key was a little fiddly due to the lock. A small kettle with basic tea/coffee facilities would have allowed an early or late hot drink.
