We did not participate in the breakfast only because we had plans every morning to get up, out and sightseeing. The front desk staff were fantastic in helping orient us to the city and suggesting a restaurant for dinner that first night we arrived. Staff were also helpful in filling our water bottles as we headed out for the morning. We arrived with the wrong adapters/converters and the staff were kind enough to loan us 2 for our stay. Exceptional service. I recommended to friends who will be staying with you in September! The only thing I can think of is perhaps the need for one or two more outlets in the room but otherwise, everything was terrific. Next time I stay, I will definitely avail myself to the breakfast...it looked wonderful!

The staff are all extremely hospitable and helpful. The housekeepers even assisted me with my luggage on my departure. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of options. The rooftop pool and view is always something to look forward to! Nothing! I always enjoy this hotel when I come to Porto!

It was really beautifully decorated and in a good location near Trinidad station for easy access. I was able to do laundry right down the street at a laundromat, good little cafés, and coffee places all around. Easy walking distance into the heart of the city, if you would like, but it was so hot so I took the metro/train. I wish the pool was open later. The little courtyard you look over from breakfast could have more going on in it as far as decoration or plants.

I always stay here when I visit Porto. It's clean, modern, and has a beautiful rooftop. In addition they have a great breakfast! I stayed the night of the Sao Jaio Festival and the concert nearby was very loud until early in the morning. Not the hotels fault, but the property is close to the outdoor concert plaza.

Decor very bijou Great location for walking to all the main sites. Fabulous view from rooftop bar Pool area was small, only 6 sunbeds On entering the room it always smelt damp
-
It was a a quiet location The staff were not friendly. The facilities were not adequate. Stayed for 6 nights. Had to request basic amenities every day. The housekeeping staff were inadequate in maintaining the rooms.

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

STAFF !! They were all so nice . There was a friendly guy who worked the front desk and filled the beer bucket for the games at night . He was truly so fun and made our whole stay ! I wish I knew his name but he deserves so much credit . Nothing really . Maybe more sun chairs ?

Friendly staff. Great location and beds were comfortable!
-
In a calm área though very close to everything, cool breakfast, nice personnel The pool is very small and crowded, maybe it would be good to indicate rush hours there, as they do for breakfast time
-
Location and staff were both great. It was hot in our room every night even though we had the AC at the lowest setting. Also the room was quite small.
-
Location was close to all main attractions and very accessible with lots of local restaurants Clean and cozy

Very nice hotel, beautiful design and a very cool rooftop with a pool. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is huge! Quite comfortable. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, a tiny bit removed from the super touristy area but still very close by walking downhill for about 10 mins, and many nice shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, like the Mercado. My biggest issue was that the windows don't open unfortunately, had I noticed this in advance I would not have booked here. The pillows were too soft and not very comfortable. Also, there was no duvet cover, but just two sheets on top and bottom, which is a huge hygiene issue for me. Also, this is quite an expensive hotel, so I would expect higher quality toilet paper as well.

We loved the staff! They must hire the best people in all of Portugal! The perfume they used in the lobby was not necessary. Unfortunately, I’m sensitive to smells, and it bothered me.
-
I liked mostly the cozy vibe that welcomes you when you step in.

The staff was very helpful and made special accommodations for food allergies.
-
Friendly staff Room had only one chair for 2 people. A little pricey brekafast

Breakfast excellent and staff super friendly Nothing really

The location is perfect. Quiet and away from any potential noise at night. Close enough to walk to the sights of Porto. The property itself is simply perfect in its cleanliness. The staff is just wonderful. The window in the room doesn’t open very much and so virtually no fresh air enters.
