An excellent hotel in the heart of Porto, just a few steps away from the city’s main shopping street, a wide selection of restaurants, and the beautiful Santa Catarina Square. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with cozy beds that ensure a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. A perfect choice for anyone looking to stay in a central location while exploring Porto. Highly recommended! Nothing

Location was close to the train station (although up a very big hill) and walkable or a short Bolt ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was as expected, slightly overpriced but good. Staff were excellent with information and suggestions. Room was spacious. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Floors in the bathroom were very slippery tile and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great, most of the water flowed out of the tap not the shower head.

That you cannot control the A/C. The staff informed that it is due to the season. For us, the room was hot. When we opened the window as we were advised, fresh air was coming in. Nevertheless, we couldn't resist the noise from outside .

Very small rooms, no space beside sink to put personal toiletries, linoleum flooring, registration staff take in guests sitting on bar stools on desktop attached to a pole.

A/C & thermostat did not work, shower tub was rusted through with metal falling off, shower poorly designed with water getting on floor every time due to unsealed glass door at bottom and shower tub way too narrow causing danger of slippage. Noisy location for high cost 2 room suite room category.

Hotel staff welcoming. Fun bicycle theme in lobby/restaurant. Able to store luggage before check in and after check out. Hotel and room very clean. Room quiet and comfortable. Twin beds room option perfect for traveling with my daughter. Felt safe in and around hotel. Breakfast was excellent with many options including local flavors. Trick to shower is to pull up on silver button/knob before turning water on (took us a while to figure that out). Had safe, good amount of storage, and mini fridge in room. Would highly recommend this hotel! Only other thing I can think of that would have been helpful is having luggage stands to use in the room.

The location was great, close to bus stops, train station, and easy to find. Several restaurants nearby, and a good restaurant on the hotel.

Provided water and apple in the lobby. Smelling, elevator too dark, floor stepped noisy, usb charging not working, assigned a room without cleaning up and told us we arrived too early which was 30 minutes before 4:00 PM.

Location is great, staff very friendly and the room was comfortable. Wi-fi inside the room was really bad. At the lobby worked fine, but in the room was very unstable. The AC wasn’t too strong, so it was a bit hot.
