The hotel has a great location in Porto, close to the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the hotel had a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, everything was very good. The only inconvenience was that the hotel does not have its own parking, so we had to use a nearby parking garage.

Loved the slippers and the toiletries, including the soft toothbrush. Loved the pillows. The bed was very comfortable. Our balcony was awesome and the wall separating the kid room between the family room was absolutely perfect since it didn’t close off the kid, but it also provided enough privacy. The mini bar provided enough space for us to store some items. The bidet was excellent, and the shower heads were very functional. The lighting was accessible and all the power outlets worked. The temperature control was also in good functioning order. The cleaning service was prompt and efficient as were the front desk workers. And it was easy to enter an exit the hotel door of our room and use the staircase, so we did not need to take the elevator. But I loved the bathrobes too. There was plenty of lighting and plenty of storage. My favorite thing was the steamer so that I could steam my clothes. It also worked very well. Highly recommend. The pool was very small and the towels had a bit of a smell, perhaps from the water? After 12 hours of travel with a child in tow, the 3pm checkin time was pretty brutal but the hotel staff did an amazing job of getting us a room as quickly as possible.

The hotel is very clean,the room, bathroom is exceptionally clean as well. The staff are all nice, attentive and helpful, good location to famous attractions and loads of eateries close to the hotel. Clean pool, Sauna, Steam room. I would stay there again when if on holiday in Porto. Nothing

The property was central to a lot of things that you would like to see in Porto. The staff, especially FILIPA was amazing. We were celebrating our honeymoon and she made sure to make our trip extremely comfortable and exciting for us. The breakfast at the location was amazing as well. The room service was amazing. Rooms were cleaned every day. It was great!

Said NH on the building but the staff didn't meet the standard. All else was as it should be but I have come to expect more from this brand (one of my favorite hotel brands, so I hold it to a high standard).
