Location. Close walking distance to restaurants, shops, sights to see. On-site parking. Helpful front desk staff. Thanks to Gabriel and Jorge for excellent restaurant suggestions. Clean, comfortable, well lit room. Good, not great, breakfast buffet that was over priced. Better, lower cost breakfast options a few minutes walk away

Not too far from the main attractions (bridge and waterfront areas). Only a few minutes walk. It’s quite. Has great water pressures. It was a little warm - hard to get the AC going in the daytime. This was only spring so summer might be even hotter and uncomfortable in the room.

It's a return stay here and it was just as good as the first. Location is exceptional with both the upper level and lower level of Porto easily accessible. I'll stay again. Had to pay for parking but that's petty of me.

Location was fine. Hotel vibe was good. it rained a bit one day, and they provided us with an umbrella. There is a large construction happening across the street. It was extremely noisy starting at 7am.

Good location, about a 15 min walk into town, be prepared to walk up hill after back to the hotel. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. These were the worst beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on. Every night was sleepless and every morning was extremely painful, really affected our holiday. The beds are rock hard, like concrete. The pillows are completely flat like a pancake, it was so uncomfortable and painful. We asked for new pillows but they just brought more flat ones.
