The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly, pro, and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were elegant, spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh, high quality options. The spa and pool were beautiful, and the hotel central location made it easy to explore Porto. Every detail reflected luxury and excellent hospitality. Nothing significant,everything was well maintained and the service was exceptional. I had a wonderful stay.

The property is stunning, staff goes above and beyond and super friendly. Travelled with our 3 year old and they treated her like a princess. Will stay here again next time we’re in Porto.

The hotel is a wonderful 5-star experience. The staff are exceptional at customer service and friendliness. The room was extremely spacious and the nice touches like providing a beach bag, towels, and flip flops for using the pool was appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. The only think that I can think of is that the tea they serve is very weak. Everything else was top-notch.

Beautiful rooms, impeccably clean, staff was over the top helpful and friendly they are also very professional and fantastic at their jobs. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Great location to everything in Porto.

Excellent location to visit all the sites of Porto on foot , lovely interior with plush fittings, comfortable room ( we booked deluxe), a heated swimming pool which is both indoors and outdoors, good breakfast

First class property! Great staff. Only downside was the gym is very small but most days had it to myself and therefore it worked out well!

the breakfast was the best buffet I'd ever seen. they finally got the scrambled eggs right! Cooked slowly and without milk. Other than the relative lack of potatoes (I am Irish-American), everything was excellent. The pool was beautiful, lovely garden in the city, quiet room, huge bath, oh my a Dyson hair dryer! we did. not have dinner there in Acqua, alas. Street food! the music in the am was a bit too loud. A few things ran out on the buffet temporarily. the two top by the bar near the window should not exist in a one star establishment.

Location, cleanness I supposed to have a exucutive room ,but i ended up on 2nd floor which is too noisy!i requested to change the room but they ignored it!( i requested every day to at least save one night without noise but i wasn’t successful)
