Art as well as size of the room Location was a bit far and a bit deserted around at night. It doesn’t clearly say in the description.

It has an art school at the next door. At midnight, students are having parties until 12am. Noice can be heard in the hotel lobby and from my room. I felt I have nowhere to stay even if I was staying a five star hotel. The sound insulation of this hotel is very bad.

Lovely spacious room in a beautiful old building and very friendly, helpful staff. Nice gifts of sweets and port. The bed was comfortable and it was in a great location. Unfortunately our AC did not work very well, the hairdryer didn't work and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Lovely 2nd floor room overlooking the courtyard shared with the sister hotel next door. Nice district in easy walking distance of the centre and all major attractions. Staff all went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and were eager to help with restaurant bookings etc. The breakfast was varied and substantial. Would very happily stay here again.

The cleaning of the rooms should be more efficient More towels needed The shower door did not close properly and shower head should be a different shape it was not comfortable to use. The toilet in our room had a leaky sound I informed the staff and nothing was done. The tv channels could be better

The room's stylish features were not always functional. For example, you could not turn on or off the lights on a single side of the bed at a time. The toilet was right behind the bathroom door so that it bumped your knees when opened. The taxi to the airport they recommended over uber did not take credit cards, which was unexpected and inconvenient. The role of the hotel as a training site for hospitality students was not apparent when booking rooms but apparent in the execution of some functions.

It was attractive and the staff was incredibly awesome! One day the elevator was out of service and we had to carry our bags down a couple flights of stairs( by choice since we could call them and would have done that for us.)

The staff was wonderful - Angelo, especially, made me feel welcome and was very helpful when I needed assistance with contacting my tour guide. The hotel was lovely with a great outdoor space and on-site dining. My room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. It was about a 10-15-minute walk to the center of town, which, for me, wasn't a problem, but some travelers may prefer a more central location. I enjoyed a walk every day. :-)
