Cleanest and location If you are old or bring a lot of luggage this is not the best place because is a-lot stairs and the apt is in the last floor and is a 3 floor apt

The apartment was great. Views were interesting to look at, and the place was well equipped- the kitchen had all you'd need (pots, pans, toaster, blender full sized fridge etc) and the laundry was great. Quite large and well furnished The street noise was very loud, even with the windows closed.

Location! Just up one big incline from the train station. 5 minute walk. In the middle of it all. Yet was quiet. Beautiful views. Spacious apartment with kitchen and even a Washer. No dryer but there is a clothes line. This was a third floor walk up. No elevator. But the team is amazing and they helped me with my bags at check In and check out so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Great location. Apartment was comfortable, very basic but had everything we needed. Easy check-in, very responsive over text. Made for a no-problem vacation! minor thing, but the apartment was a bit dark and could use an extra lamp or two.

Superb location – only about 10–15 minutes to reach all the main attractions. The famous library is just a short 3-minute walk away. Right downstairs there’s a Starbucks and a bakery, which makes grabbing breakfast really easy and convenient. The apartment has some serious downsides. It smelled strongly of chlorine and detergent when I arrived. The drying rack was broken, and when I opened the washing machine, it was full of water – though I still managed to do laundry. At night it gets very noisy outside because of drunk crowds, which makes it hard to sleep. Towels are old, and the shampoo/conditioner dispenser wasn’t working

Absolutly perfect apartment for a short stay (maybe even longer). Location is great, amenities are satisfying for everyone, clean and bright. French balcony was amazing. Staff was very helpful I didn’t have a problem, but a lot of stairs could be discouraging for some people - I looked at it as the workout ?

The location was perfect, right in the heart of things. The apartment was terrific, large and comfortable, had everything we needed including a washing machine. We loved this apartment. We really did. There were 3 flights of stairs to haul your luggage up. Not fun.

Location was excellent right in the heart of the old town, next to many sites of interest, food. It was comfortable and spacious place to stay. It was nice to have our own rooms half way through our holiday. Kitchen was fairly well supplied for cooking needs. Bathroom had plenty of towels and was very clean. Large closet space to allow us to properly unpack and help us not feel like we were living out of a suitcase. Staff offered to come and clean the apartment after two days, which was done well. Overall, would recomend to other travelers. Pillows were not comfortable and made it difficult to get a good nights rest, beds were comfortable. Please replace the pillows for future guests. There was no spatula in the kitchen, we used the spoon to cook our eggs with, which is not a big deal, but it would be nice to add one to the kitchen. The shower was very difficult to wash our hair (females). The shower wand made it difficult to get clean without wasting a lot of water and running out of hot water. We could have used a broom to sweep the kitchen after we cooked our food to help keep the kitchen clean and tidy. A lot of steps to get to the apartment as well as to get to the bedrooms. My friend had a knee replacement which was difficult for her. We checked the description from your site and it did not list three steep flights of stairs as well as another flight to get to the bed room.

The overhead lighting was a bit much and that’s all they had. There was no bedside lamp so I had to fall asleep with a giant chandelier on or get out of bed and turn it off.

The location was amazing; it was close to the main train station, downtown area, and within walking distance to a good amount of attractions in Porto. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The staff was always available via WhatsApp to help with any questions I had. The street noise/people were loud at night and easy to hear, but that’s just something to be aware of. The stay was perfect!

Great location . Very quiet . Apartment had all the facilities and kitchen to make our stay comfortable. We were on 3B . The views were beautiful and private as we were above the rooftops !! And a great patisserie cafe next door . Highly recommend! We had no issues at all . Fit and in our 60’s . However . For our apartment ( as the bathroom was downstairs) it would not suit people with mobility issues …

Location was just what we wanted. The little apartment was comfortable and clean. Kitchenette facilities were fine, though we didn't really use them. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment while we walked around before check-in. Checking in was very confusing. The apartments are spread out with no-one on site. When I called they provided a code for a different apartment and it took a while to get that straightened out. Very steep flight of stairs to the room (okay, just know that it's the case)

Location is perfect! And the flat is very spacious—3 floors with cute little nook at top to have coffee or wine. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.
