Great location. Staff was so sweet. My dad was sick and they let us in very early so he could rest for the day. Can’t say enough positives about that level of customer service. Location is excellent. Very easy to get to everything. It was a little cramped, but as advertised. One of the 2 showers wasn’t working.

Great central location with restaurants, cafes, shops. Quiet and clean. Little stuffy, needed fan or AC. Spartan.

Incredibly well located, a beautiful and well cleaned flat excellent structure with stove, oven, excellent beds great shower etc. Thank you very much Andreia for the reception and attention, very polite and respectful. He gave us excellent tips on what to visit in the port.

Location was very central. Nice bottle of Port was waiting for us. We found the first door unlocked a lot of the time. Maybe remind people to lock it when they leave.

The apartment is in the perfect location! The staff is polite, friendly, and stand by your needs. The apartment is well designed with a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended ?

the location and the view from the apartment is amazing. there is no elevator. our room is on the 3rd floor

clean, good locale, extra touches like water and port for us, great beds, kitchen, good service and responsive to our questions too many steps to climb lol…not many negatives, great experience

Location was good. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Very well appointed. Too many stairs, but we were able to get help with luggage

Central location- very close to Metro station. Clean and well equipped- we had a great stay! There is a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment especially with suitcases.
