Loved the location, in the middle of everything. On arrival in the room we received 2 macaroons and a bottle of port wine, which was lovely and on check out we were given 2 pastel da nata’s which again was a lovely touch The only full length mirror was at the side of the bathroom door, with a bedside cupboard in the way so you couldn’t actually check yourself on the way out. We asked the bar taff to change the tv channel in the bar area to a news channel instead of a recurring hotel video, this was ignored

The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location right in the city centre. Our windows faced the inner courtyard, so we couldn’t hear any noise from the busy street. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay here again. I would have appreciated having a small coffee machine in the room. In my opinion, instant coffee is not really suitable for a hotel of this standard. Lower pillows would also have been much more comfortable.

No parking. I had to pay 85 Euros for 3 day at SABA parking. No one helped me and my wife carrying my luggage. We had to figure it out ourselves while taking care of child.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially when I needed guidance on transportation and figuring out the Metro station and stops to my destinations. They were always willing to help and very effecient! The location was perfect, located on the main Rua de Flores with shops and cafes close by. The shower water never seemed to get to hot.

Top location in the center of Porto in a walking zone The room on the street side are a bit noisy ( window isolation could be better to block out the street noise especially late in the evening). The rooms just above the garbage bins are to be avoided: the collect the garbage with a lot noise in the early morning between 6 and 8 am ( three times every day!)
