Nice staff and rooms. A bit far away from the main part of Bonfim.

Friendly staff. Away from the hectic old city. Dark, toxic smells, cold and drafty. Cold in breakfast area.

The room was pretty good looking and cozy. What I especially liked was the separate hallway area, where we could conveniently leave the stroller and shoes. In many hotels, the bathroom is located right next to the entrance, which often leads to dirt being brought in near the bathroom door, but that was not an issue here. The location is also very good. While there may not be many bus stops nearby, the hotel is close to the city center. We used Uber to get around, and thanks to the convenient location, traveling to different parts of the city was both easy and affordable. What I didn’t like: - The food. The selection was quite poor, and sometimes the platters were empty. The kitchen staff didn’t seem to care much and only refilled them after some time. Most of the baked goods were undercooked inside. - The conditions in the room. When we arrived, it was extremely cold, and we had to sleep in our clothes under the sheets. There is A/C in the room—we set it to 32°C on the first night, but it took about two days for the temperature in the hallway to reach around 23°C. Unfortunately, the bedroom was still cold because there were gaps between the window and the wall, letting cold air in. Also, the bathroom floor was always wet, as there were gaps between the shower glass panels, causing water to splash everywhere when we took a shower. - Small things. For example, the lift was very small and the stroller didn’t fit inside. Even worse, the staircase was quite narrow, so carrying the stroller up and down was difficult. On top of that, the staff sometimes left bags (probably with sheets, etc.) on the stairs, making it even harder to pass. Taking everything into account, and considering we paid quite a lot for three nights, I can’t recommend this hotel.

The room was really comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. There was a construction next door. This was not informed until the cancellation was no longer an option.

Cool lighting. Elevator ! Room needed a little maintenance. The room was much smaller than it looked or than we expected and there were several broken items on the wall/decor, and the cord to turn on the lamp didn’t work, and there was a missing light by the bed, and the shower leaked onto the floor, even with the doors shut tightly. Everything else was good.

Very comfortable, spacious, modern. Stairs, no elevator and with kids and bags… no fun at all.

Cold showers. Broken heater ?

Service from Diogo was incredible. During our stay we experienced the power outage and had no way of finding or buying food. Diogo helped us out and organized a meal for us during all the chaos in the city. He also helped us make arrangements to arrive at the airport and even offered that he would drive us himself if the network isn't restored. absolute legend of a host and gentlemen. nothing that the host could control. the power was off in the entire Portugal and Spain. We still had a great holiday.

Pleasant

It is very clean and we loved the decorations. It would be good to have a cutlery set and some coffee capsules. It is within 20 minutes walking distance to the centre.

The property was modern, clean, stylish and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hospitality was first class, from before our arrival to our departure, the staff were in contact to make sure we had all the information we need to make our stay as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property - I can’t fault our stay.

Location close to metro, room and hotel felt secure - towels regularly changed. Room decor was quite nice. No cups in room, just saucers. I did ask for some but they never materialised and there was only someone on reception till 16.00. Room was freezing too with no way to control temperature. Shower needed a good scrub.

The location it’s good and the hotel as so much potential to be great. The elevator need some cleaning and have some problems, so we had to use the stairs several times to the 4 floor. The worse was checking out having come down with the luggage all that floors The toilet seat in the room was broken and even after calling their attention wasn’t fix or something was made to compensate the fact that we couldn’t seat there. The shower gel was empty when we arrived and two days after still the same, I had to say something. At one point o had to used the elevator but I couldn’t because the cleaning staff had it block with vacuum cleaner on one of the floors… they need to have more attention to what they are doing.
