Hotel Jaguar Oporto – is Near the Metro, has Free Parking and a Free Shuttle Service between the Airport and the Hotel from 7AM to 8PM

The staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Shuttle services to and from the airport were very nice, with a comfortable and clean environment. The room itself was a bit small but still had enough space. The view from the room was just of the floors of other houses/aparments

Amazing hotel I like everything

The staff were outstanding and so friendly and helpful. You need an uber to get to centre town. However Ubers are cheap and plentiful.

Location was great - close to the metro stop and on a metro line that was very convenient to take to the old town and local attractions. The room was very comfortable.

Location is perfect to start your visit in Porto and know all the main attractions just walking. The breakfast is wonderful, you have all options to be satisfied. All staff are very friendly and they're always attentive to your need and to ensuring you feel comfortable.

Just to note that the location ia far frpm the center. We knew it before we booked and preferred such a place rather them driving to an hotel in the cebter. We took Uber to commute to various places and it was great

Liked it all. Bed was a little bit firm but they brought me a couple duvets to lay on. Lots better. Would stay again.

Breakfast was good with an extensive variety of food. Laundry service was very good. Parking under the facility is extremely difficult.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with a well appointed bathroom. It faced away from the street, which ensured a quiet environment. The staff was always very cordial and attentive. The location, even though is 2 blocks away from the Metro, is out of the way for exploring the downtown area. Nevertheless, this was compensated by a nightly rate which offered very good value.

The staff was terrific. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, quiet, large and well equipped with a large bed and comfortable air-conditioning control. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants and interesting places to see nearby. The hotel has excellent shuttle service to and from the airport which was an excellent way to start and end our trip. We did not eat a meal at the restaurant, but we had dessert there and the staff was friendly and the dessert was delicious. There is also a very nice lobby and bar which we enjoyed a glass of Port both times we stayed there.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were given a room upgrade. It was much appreciated, of course. The staff was very professional welcoming and warm. Room was clean, well-appointed and wi-fi was reliable. We only stayed overnight but we noticed it was situated in a quiet neighborhood with a park about a block or two nearby. The hotel had a restaurant which we tried for dinner and were not disappointed. We enjoyed the food which was well-prepared. The next time we come to Porto, we will surely consider staying here. Nothing.

Very friendly staff. The beds are pretty hard, so you may like that if that’s your preference.
