/ Extremly dirty place. No maintainance since 1990, I guess..... Very, very expensive for what you got..... Haven't been in this bad hotel in decades.

AC is working great. No liquid soap. Balcony platform very unstable and loud. Towels were rough. Electrical sockets not in good placement for smartphone charger. If you choose the 2 person bed it will be 2 single beds pushed together.

The value for money is extremely poor. Although the price was that of a god hotel, the conditions were subpar: It is unacceptable for a hotel charging these rates not to invest in basic guest comfort and room maintenance. You are paying strictly for the location, not for the service. Unless major improvements are made, I would not recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay that matches their budget. Is the tenth accommodation in Slovenia, the conclusion is that the prices in Slovenia asked for accommodation for an apartment without breakfast are at the level of a 4 star hotel in other countries!

I didn't like the size of the room. We wrote in advance we will come with a small dog. I have to say that for two persons and even small dog the room was very, very small (would recommend it just to one person). It was difficult to even turn inside unless one person wasn't liyng on bed. I wasn't very satisfied with cleanliness either.

Breakfast was excellent! Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Location and parking was great if you are coming by car! Our room was smaller, but we didn’t mind as we spent time outside, on the beach and site seeing Portoroz and Piran.

Staff and their personal welcoming approach. Simple check-in and check-out. Room had a bed to my liking and the cleanliness of the room was very nice. You can feel the quietness. I really liked the lady who offered coffee or a croissant when I was checking out. Parking spots are unmarked, unable to be reserved and a bit of a pain to accomodate everyone that want to park there. The working hours are two fold, so if you arrive in afternoon, 2 PM, the check in starts at 4 PM until 8 PM. As I was located on the ground floor there was some door banging at 6 AM by some guest leaving. Be ready to walk down/up to the beach, pretty steep.

Staff very friendly, and breakfast was adequate. Room old and not fully prepared. Very basic. A walk from Old Town not recommended due to a long sharp incline to the property.

Very kind and friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Area was peaceful with nice views of the water. Decent breakfast options, considering I stayed during off-peak season. Cheap At the top of the town, so walking around wasn't easy. Decor very standard. Small en suite

The staff is excellent and very polite and kind. Breakfast was also good. I just believe that room number 7 has paranormal activity.

Demands from resort management for additional credit card deposits and in lieu to special resort procedures. among this, I never been informed at any occurance, that all hotels facilities are seasoned close during my stay on September

Room was small but very comfy, with a big window with nice view. The best was breakfast with view. Very kind staff. Parking in front of residence is also a bonus in Portorož, as parking is usually hard to find and expecsive. Everything in walking distance.
