Pool with thermal water is amazing (included in price). Breakfast is good too with many options. You have to rent a bathrobe for 6€. Even though you pay extra for dinner there’s no drink during dinner, not even something basic like water. You have to order drink and pay for it 0,33l of Coca Cola, Sprite etc. Rooms are a bit outdated.

Actually we did not stay in the hotel we booked but in "Grand Hotel Portoroz" because Neptun was closed during winter. So for the same price we got a double room (with breakfast included) in a better hotel.

The excellent choice we made. The best I would say was the staff. Everyone is so professional; people here know how to do their work. Sometimes, when you stay in these more prominent branded hotels, the staff acts confused; this hotel was the case here. I loved every communication I had in the hotel. Genuine welcome, a genuine smile makes one feel cosy and warm. Breakfast included a few extra vegan products, like ajvar or humus; I know the buffet was probably based on supply and demand, but there were few of us there. Also, plant milk was available, but one needs to ask; again, no problem at all, but if you do not ask, you do not know whether it is available. The swimming pool and mineral salts in the swimming pool were excellent. I did not plan this, but it healed my inflamed joint and carpal tunnel. Thanks for this. :) And location, I mean, not much to say except that we made an excellent choice and cannot wait to return. We liked it so much that we also invited my parents to join us over the weekend. They loved it, too, and they are already planning when to come again. Cafe Central is also great. The only point, Maurish's sauna did not work. Two other saunas did not work. So, all together, three saunas did not work, and we paid for a sauna package. Finish sauna, as usual, is the best; it worked :) Let's hope all the saunas work well now, as we will be coming again. :)

A lot of good food, they have their own parking (with additional payment), good location, holiday decorations :) Slow elevators, too little elevators for the number of rooms
