Room was spacious, breakfast and dinner had variety of choices, beach was just across the street and there is a direct access to Therme with salty water as well as Sea Spa access in another hotel. Staff was very attentive and nice. Room furniture is a bit outdated and rooms could use a bit of refurbishment, especially wardrobe area. Air condition in our room was not working properly, even if you put to 18 C, room would still have 25-26 C, but I thought since air condition is central system that I should not report it to reception, but on the check out they told me we should have reported it and they would fix it.

However the WI-FI was non-existence in the rooms. They wanted you come to the lobby to sign in and then maybe it might work in the room. It didn’t! Staff was not friendly about it. It fact they treated us like we were the problem! The refrigerator had to be replaced it was out. Wi-Fi

The smell inside the hotel and rooms

Only good thing was location. Rooms were too hot and no means in reducing temperature, was told to open sliding door until it cooled off. Food selections was not the greatest.

All was very good- location, room was was clean, sea view, breakfast was excellent Internet- around lobby is fine, but there was no internet in the room. It seams you are connected, but you actually are not… too bad, hotel is excellent.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel rooms need a complete overhaul. They are dated, tired and extremely run down. We were so disappointed with our rooms. I’ve included a few photos below - so unsightly. The breakfast was also not very good quality, there was lots of food from a quantity standpoint but it was very mass produced.

Good location, helpful and nice staff Not enough elevators for the hotel. One was broken during the entire time of our stay. It was almost impossible to get down from our floor to the ground floor with stroller. Every time we call the elevator it was full of people from higher floors. Very bad experience.

The accommodation is in the perfect place. The staff is extremely kind. Rooms and spaces are clean. We were traveling with 4 kids, i asked for rooms next to each other, and we got them. The hotel is old and you can see it. Some rust, peeling paint here and there. But we did know this in advance, we did not care. We only go to sleep in the rooms. On the reception they told us the wrong time for dinner and the time on the restaurant door is also wrong. With 4 kids dying from hunger you can guess... The food, was below average. Breakfast ok, they have the usual. Dinner was poor. Pools are ok, but they ask you to leave 15 min earlyer than the closing time, not ok. The one day they took out the cleaning robot while we were still in the pool. Guests were stumbling in the hose. One elevator was broken half the time we were there. On the day we left a water pipe broke, and water was dripping on the bed. Fortunately, by then we have packed up. We were in april, and it was warm, aircon did not work, it was 27 C in the rooms.

Everything was perfect, absolutely fantastic breakfast, great location, clean room. I only dislike the noise protection of the room. There was a door between the two rooms and I heard everything. It was not easy to sleep.
