Hospitality, cleanliness of the rooms. I have nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was great.

Location of the hotel is really good having in mind that you are close to the cost; room is spacious enough and you can find a cattle for preparing coffee or tea even though I would expect in the hotel of such range coffee machine. Breakfast was excellent, you have diversity of options to choose so if you are a picky person, I think you will be satisfied. It is nice to get a voucher for welcome drink so do not forget to use it (wine or juice are included; beer not). The parking service is commendable. I had a bad experience during the breakfast with espresso prepared in the coffee machine in the restaurant where I found some remaining of probably, I guess, the remains of a rubber band used for winter storage and waiter was surprised as well so they just took my caffe with no additional clarification/explanation. Latter I came to waiter to ask what happened and then I got some excuse. One additional peculiarity is that you do not have any visible size of the bathrobe packaged in the toilet to be used for wellness so please, check the size before getting ready to go to pool or sauna. The bathrobes are already quite worn out and not very presentable. Also, if you are going to sauna it can happen that you have to use the one which is situated in different hotel so you will have to pass lot of corridors so get good directions from the reception how to reach a right place.

This is our fourth time in this hotel. We love how comfortable the rooms are, everything is conveniently close, and the staff is amazing. We mostly stayed for long weekends, not during the summer season, but this was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the spa area and the sea view from our balcony. Rooms are well equipped and spacious, and we love the breakfast area overlooking the three tops and the sea. A lot of different choices for the breakfast as well. I suppose because of the ecological reasons, but there's almost no soap in the rooms, which can be a bit annoying sometimes. There is shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, but only one small handwash, which is definitely not enough throughout the stay.

Staff was very helpful and professional, especially my thanks to Ana at the reception desk! Breakfast was very tasty, the hotel restaurant was spacious with open air part and sea view through the beautiful pines. First day I stayed in direct sea view room and then in the room with side sea view and partly view to the hill with private houses and hotels which was even more charming, all rooms were with balconies. Location was absolutely great, the Meduza beach was just opposite the hotel with comfortable beds and umbrellas and not crowded at weekdays and one more pleasant thing from the hotel - The Beach bag with a beach towel:)). And city of Piran was just in 40 minute walking!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The best food ever with a crazy good restaurant, phenomenal breakfast, spacious rooms, pet-friendly policy, amazing beach and spa, and super helpful staff. Nothing at all; everything was perfect!
-
The location was very good ..breakfast was ample and very good Rooms were very warm, could not cool it down and needed to open the door. Honestly the rooms are like a cruise ship - very small. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful ... and if you want to get the to the pools - good luck. Again staff were not helpful and it was A lot of up and down trying to find the way I would not stay here agin

breakfast was nice. At checkin, the front desk told me I can't have the booked queen size bed because I was traveling with my husband, and they told me they can't put two men in one queen sized bed. After much discussion back and forth, they were willing to offer a room with queen sized bed, but now the room was on the first floor, facing the backside of a hill, no view of the ocean (which we booked). Then, we wanted to use the spa facilities, which they so grandiosely promoted on their site and in the hotel description at the time of booking, but then the facilities were closed on the one day we were there. No compensation or explanation was offered. We instead had to go to the public beach in the public section. And then, they never disclosed we had to pay for parking. We don't mind paying, but there needs to be transparency, and not a surprise fee at the time of checkout without prior disclosure.

The breakfast room is light and airy. Despite a full hotel you didn't feel rushed or crowded at any of the many breakfast buffet tables offering very high quality food and ample healthy options. Our room had a separate WC with own sink, very practical. The location is unsurpassed - shopping and the best bars (Mignon) and restaurants (the hotel's Istrian Bistro) are only minutes away on foot. The coffee machines in the breakfast room don't always make good coffee.

A bit crowd at the beach.
-
Facilities outdated, carpeting and couch in room were stained. We’re supposed to have a signed in our living area for daughter to sleep on, but only had a couch.

Everything was amazing! Room, food, swimming pools!
