Location.,Breakfast, security Double room size is small with hardly any place to walk.Git stuck in the Lift but they rectified it quickly

The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable. We especially appreciated the breakfast (and the hours of it)— it was diverse and tasty. Overall, the hotel delivered a solid experience in each and every aspect, and we highly recommend it. Thank you, we can't wait to return! Nothing to mention

Breakfast was wonderful with many options. Eggs, fruit, yogurt, great breads etc. Staff was very welcoming to us after a long journey from the USA. Facility was secure and clean. Easy access to the trams to get anywhere in the city. The rooms are small so don’t spend too much time there. We were busy going to many sites. So we rested after long days out.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, every day cleaning, sleepers. Location is great, 20 mins by foot from main square, plenty of different types of public transport, lots of restaurants, onsite parking, and the most is is the staff that would go above and beyond to satisfy your needs, including the owner himself A bit noisy from the traffic outside if your room is with windows looking towards the street. It is a busy street

Mariana, the host, is a lovely person. Makes you feel welcome and at home, great advise for sightseeing. Perfect location, right on the corner of the metro, tram stops. Nice lobby and awesome breakfast. Comfy beds and pillows. Shower a bit small, but that is common in Europe.

Great management of hotel and hospitality. The owner himself had breakfast with us and asked if we need anything more. Breakfast was great quality. Location is excellent with tram and metro two minutes of walking distance. There are several restaurants nearby. The room has air conditioning which many hotels lack. The hotel is in downtown and very safe area. Main station is just 5 minutes away by taxi or metro. We needed some printouts and owner gave without hesitation and money. Very good lift. Owner believes in high quality. This is a very small hotel with limited facilities but rated high due to the sheer quality outlook. Triple rooms are small. There is no space to keep luggage. Drainage in wash basin was little clogged. The reception is open unto 7 pm. There is no housekeeping service after that. My nebhouring room guest had problem in opening the door of the room, but the owner came instantly, which was nice.

The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and you immediately felt like you were home. Room was large, very clean and comfortable. Location was great, just a short walk to metro and a few minutes walk to train. None
