Breakfast was ok, location is perfect, beds are comfy. The carpet full of dust, Wifi didn't work in the room. Nothing was provided: no cutlery, no bag for laundry, no shampoo, nothing.

The location was flexible! Additionally, my room was clean. There were ants on the furnitures, which created discomfort. And there weren’t many options for breakfast as the other hotels provide

good breakfast, great location, very clean one guy was very kindness at lobby terrible wifi when available, windows with no noise blocking, one girl was very rude at lobby ( the worst experience)

Good location near the city center and cheap price. We were given the last available room, so these features may not apply to all rooms. - The toilet tank was leaking. I had to fix it because the staff at night couldn't help. - There was no air conditioning, and it was over 30°C in the attic room. - The window opened to a 3-lane street, so we had to choose between the heat and the noise. - The shower handle was loose, so I fixed that too. I also fixed the wall holder for the toothbrush glass. - At check-out, I waited for 30 minutes. The receptionist was working on the computer and didn't tell me I was done. They didn't even ask why I was standing there. After half an hour, I asked if I could leave, and they said they didn't know why I was waiting because check-out was already finished.

I liked the breakfast It was really delicious. I asked to get a room with a bath and I got one. I also liked the location. About 7 minutes from the museum and about a half hour walk to the clock tower area but I really like walking a lot abroad so it was good for me. When I arrived to the hotel it was a woman sitting and she had like angry face she didnt said hello, she didnt smiled, I dont know why. Ive been in the hotel for 8 nights over all. After few days it was a morning that I stayed at the hotel until 11 or 12 so the staff came to "clean" the room and I told them 5 minutes I go out and you can come and she told me It's okay just two minutes so I saw exactly what she did, took the old towels and put new, bring some paper for toilet and go. They didnt changed my sheets and when I walked in the room without shoes I felt dirt in my feet so I understood they not cleaning the carpet. Also they have wifi that sometimes connect and sometimes not and when It's connect it didnt worked in my room Ive been in 4 floor and I had to get down to the lobby so the internet will work.

The location is very convenient and the breakfast is also very good. My friend and I had chosen two different rooms with large beds and they accepted the choice on booking, but when we checked in at the hotel, they said that only 1 person could get this and the other person would be given 2 single beds. When we objected to this, the receptionist said that there was nothing more he could do.

Disappointing

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it’s a very decent place with good value for money. The location is about a 30–40 minute walk from the city center, which was fine for us. The only real downside is the lack of air conditioning – on hot summer days, the room gets extremely warm in the afternoon. Considering the price, though, we were happy with our stay.

Location and stuff was excellent. Very friendly receptionist. Helpful and patient It was very big issue with internet. Wifi was not working properly. I had to mention it to receptionist twice. But still didn't change anything. I did have a very important meeting
