Very clean, very comfortable bed, very accommodating, helpful staff with booking tours and restaurant reservations, even though there was no concierge. Great location Nice mini fridge Would have liked tea kettle in the room, and a microwave may be in the common area

A wonderful location right in the city center, close to the river, bridges, and many beautiful historic sites. Amazing views, and you can walk to many places, with public transport (tram, bus, and metro) just a few hundred meters from the hotel. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfasts. Clean, quiet, and pleasant. I like everythig but there was no kettle and the sewing kit in the room. It wasn't necesaary so i did not requested but it was mentioned on the information leaflet.

The place is very basic, but was clean and comfortable. The location is great for walking around the city, and I thought it was a perfect affordable stay. Staff was super helpful and kind.

Great location near Prague Old Town, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Good price. Not an all mod cons hotel but comfortable and clean. Room television small but who visits Prague to watch television! Very helpful staff. No kettle in room to make tea/coffee but available on request. However, complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby.

Location is very convenient, close to the main square, rooms are big, when comparing with other european hotels. We only stayed for one night, so, no complaints at all.

Truly phenomenal place, in an incredible location that still managed to be quiet. Calm, comfortable, great rooms. Would love to stay again!

The coffee and tea station in the reception area is nice. The refrigerator in the room was broken. We really needed a fan to cool the room, as well.
