Design Hotel Jewel Prague

We loved this hotel! Location is fantastic. In the heart of old town Prague 1. The breakfast was the best ever. You can use the restaurant downstairs and order from the menu. Everything we had was delicious with various coffee and juice choices. They even gave us a delicious sandwich to go since our flight was early in the morning. The AC and water pressure was great. They put a pitcher of lemon water and two yummy cookies in the room everyday. Great value. Fabulous stay! Won’t stay anywhere else. There is no elevator but has luggage lift so for us it was fine.

Loved this hotel, very quirky, beautiful bedroom with huge bed and nice ensuite. Super location and exceptional breakfast WiFi kept dropping signal, especially at night

Very pleasant stay in a great location. The breakfast bistro was very good and a nice change from the usual buffets. The circular staircase up three flights was a little tedious especially after returning from a hot days touring

Good Aircon in a heatwave, helpful staff, good location in old town with many restaurants and cafes.Clean and quiet. Very small 'Pearl' room- only one side of double bed accessible. Only a luggage lift. Breakfast in cafe below brunch rather than trad breakfast but was included. Suits short stays only.

The breakfast, the cost of which was included in the cost of the room, was fantastic! Selection, quality and presentation the best we have ever had. And we do a significant amount of traveling. Also liked the fact the hotel was within a minute's walk to the old town square. Room was adequate in size, clean and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. My objections are there was no elevator for persons only luggage and upper floor rooms were accessed via a spiral staircase. Older persons may find this laborious and objectionable.

Amazing accommodation. Very clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was out of this world.. Would definitely recommend this hotel This hotel unfortunately would not suit people who struggle with stairs.

Lovely boutique hotel just steps from Old Town Square (5 minute slow walk). Excellent mini split air conditioners in each room that not only kept us very cool even in the summer heat, but drowned out sound from the nearby nightlife. Kind, attentive, and quickly responsive staff. Rooms are very clean and have most things you could need. We stayed in a double room with couch - it is compact but very comfortable. The bed was very cozy. Small details make this hotel stand out - interesting/entertaining nightly “bed time" stories with local legends left on cards in the room. Fresh fruit-infused water and cookies delivered to the room each day. The breakfast included is akin to something you would find at a trendy American brunch spot - delicious and large portions. As others have noted, there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. But we were on the top (third) floor and still found the climb reasonable - most are in spiral fashion. We are both in our forties and in moderate shape. You can do it! The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent but not enough to be bothersome. The pillows went a bit flat. Really very little to complain about.

Superb breakfast in restaurant. Excellent location. Great value for money. Lovely touches in the room which made it feel like a more expensive hotel - stationery, snacks, water, coffee machine, BBC on the TV (!!! THANK YOU!), great quality bedding, atmospheric lighting and aircon in the room. I think the shower in my room may need some maintenance (Emerald).

Breakfast was amazing! And the room super comfortable and clean.

Convenient location and good options for breakfast especially when you book your room with breakfast included. Clean room and beautiful bathroom. Double bed is against the wall so when it’s two people can be uncomfortable getting in and out of bed but it is a comfy bed. Also it is provided a jug with water infused with lemons and oranges but without the fridge it is going off overnight so it would be more convenient to have some small mineral water instead. Lots of stairs without lift but I can see it is difficult to fit one in the old historical buildings so not a problem.

The location it’s perfect if you want to spend the night in the heart of the old town. The breakfast was amazing. It was a little bit difficult with the parking lot, but with a little bit of luck, we found a place near the hotel
