Everytging,,except ther was no conditioner ..in summer it is awful..it was very hot

The room was very nice and everyone was helpful. The room was amazing, and all possibly needed utilities were provided. The location is next to the train station and tram, which compensates for the distance from attractions and easy to travel back to airport from. Nothing.

The personnel at reception was exceptional!They were more than willing to assist us before we arrive at the hotel and during our stay. The breakfast was nice with good options. Also it was clean and tidy. Thank you Brixen for your hospitality!

The location was excellent near the IP Pavlova local transport hub. The staff were attentive and obliging. Our room overlooked the street which was somewhat noisy. However the price was good and facilities were what we were expecting . It was an excellent experience.

The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean! :) Next time i would prefer booking a room not facing the street, the window isolation was good, but in summer with open window it can get toasty

Staff were friendly, very close to tram and metro stop. Room was okay and beds were comfortable, with double sound proof windows. We didn't like the darkness of the place. Lights on stairs and corridors were came on with sensors but there seemed to be a delay so you were in a dark area for too long. Also, there is scaffolding at the front of the hotel... which is fine, but I think an email telling customers that would have been good as it was hard to find hotel and the temporary sign was small. Not a big deal but walking up and down the street with luggage was tiring.
