Hotel Harmony

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance. It made exploring the city very easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain about.

Air conditioning is missing; we really needed it as the temperature exceeded 35 degrees Celsius. A fan was in the room, but not enough for comfortable breathing/sleeping.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was as expected. There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was good. No negative points. Our stay was comfortable and everything matched the description. We didn't experience any issues during our stay. Everything was well organized, clean, and as described.

Good location with fair price. Have a bakery open at 07:00 on the first floor, so you don’t really need breakfast. But their breakfast was actually quite nice, however it opens at 07:00, and I hope that it could open earlier, I need to leave early for my day trip. Staff was helpful, they even allowed late check out at 12:00 instead of 11:00 No slipery in the room. No air conditioner, i was given a table fan as compensation. I came the in late May, but it was unexpectedly hot (30 celcius degree) so it was not so comfortable at night.

Value for money hotel in a great location. There is a tram stop just in front of the entrance. Very clean and adequate breakfast. Highly recommended!

Nothing really

Centrally located in old town. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Easy access to other things. A bit of street noise. Too expensive at holiday time.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff. Really great about luggage storage. Fantastic breakfast! All was great. A bit pricey but turns out we were there on a national holiday weekend. Much cheaper otherwise. Highly recommended. Street noise a bit loud at times.

Very clean, the breakfast was great and the location was ideal. Genuinely great price for the conditions offered. Would recommend for a stay in Prague, especially if you want access to the city center. The walls were a little thin, so sometimes you could hear especially noisy guests. This was never a problem at night, though, and the hotel gives you free ear plugs if you need them, so it's only a nitpick from my side. I never woke up from the noise.

Location is perfect

Property was good. Not more not less. Location is very good ?? On ground floor near the elevator there is toilet and smell was coming out while you’re waiting elevator. In room there was slightly old furniture and some of them were broken. Room itself was clean and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel has an excellent location, you can visit many attractions by walking. The room is very comfortable and has a good breakfast.

The rooms do not have air conditioning, which can be a serious issue during summer. Street noise is quite loud, especially with the windows open, making it difficult to sleep well. Without AC and with significant outside noise, restful sleep can be challenging. Another inconvenience was that the cleaning staff sometimes occupied the elevator with their carts, making the lift unavailable. Because of this, we occasionally had to use the stairs for several floors, which was not ideal.

When I made the reservation, I specifically requested one double bed, and this was confirmed. However, when I arrived, there were two single beds pushed together instead. The beds were very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom door would not close properly. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.
