We did not spend a lot of time in the room, but it looked clean in general. Location is good, very accessible to the center by multiple tram lines. Room was sufficiently warm. Very basic amenities/facilities (as you get from low price): bed, table, hanger and bathroom. There are adjacent winter sport facilities, so I assume, this hotel used to be a dormitory for those facilities. We only needed a pace to sleep so it was okay. Walls are very thin, you an hear everything from outside, but fortunately our room was at the end of corridor so, it was quite more or less. Strange smell inside the wardrobe.

You are doing great but I never give 5 stars because I believe that is always anyway for self-improvement and 5 stars kills to ambitious. In your case I would give you 5 stars. Thx U

Noisy neighbours. Kids were screaming from 6:00 AM. Walls are from paper, you can hear every world. Beds were not comfortable at all.

Excelent location, leave rhe car in the free parking of the hotel, and walk to the centre or take the public transport who is in the corner For family should provide 2 keys from the room, because in not non stop reception and after 20 o clock if one goes ro run, the other has to wait .to open the door of rhe hotel

It's clean, the room is confortable, the staff is very nice and kind. In the bathroom is no bath articles, no shampoon, no shower gel, nothing.

I liked the room, it was quite cosy for a hotel, enough space for clothes. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, there was a star in the shower corner from which water didn’t flow off which was terrible. Not comfortable space where to put towels.

Far away from the cıty center

It's a pretty old hotel furnished with furniture from 1980. You could hear people showering, snoring, chatting from all over the place.

Place is really clean and warm. It's an old building and everything is outdated but it's good value for money, receptionists were friendly and it was quiet so it's possible to rest. Tram station is 3 minutes away and it takes you directly to old town and main train station.

Very simple but very nice, warm rooms, comfortable beds, clean. Extremely nice staff. there is a private free parking on the site they give you a key and you can come and go as you wish. little bit far from the Center but there is a tram close by so it’s around 25-30min ride

The room simply was not clean, as the attached pictures show. Nobody had dusted or vacuumed properly for weeks or months, not days. The crevices in the ceiling of the bathroom were full of dust, the windows were filthy and had torn window seals. Attempted to complain on the spot but the lady on reception mentioned that as it was Friday afternoon both the manager and cleaning lady had gone for their weekend. Offered to use the vacuum cleaner to make the room more habitable, but the lady at reception refused to hand it over. Had to catch a train early on Saturday morning so was not able to try again. Regular users of Booking.com and have never seen such a hotel there. It was a shabby room with a view on top of a roof, the room was noisy from blade skating or fencing being played nearby and the walls were paper thin, so that you could hear your neighbours from both sides as well from the corridor. The staff admitted “the hotel has its flaws, like thin walls and old style”. It’s located in a post socialist sport facility, only vaguely adapted to being a hotel.
