What a wonderful hotel! The reception staff are outstanding in their kindness! Very beautiful hotel in a heritage building. Breakfast option is truly lovely, excellent and varied buffet. The location is very close to major walkable sites in the old city, yet rooms and hotel was very quiet and secure. I would highly recommend!

It was an amazing hotel with antique furniture which catches everyone’s attention . Also the front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful thanks to everyone there specially VLAD MOHEMED ANDREJ STEFAN and also SONIA from restaurant staff

Location is great for exploring old town and Charles Bridge. Staff were all really helpful and speak great English, especially a lad called Stefan on front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. There is no lift as its an old building. It was fine for us on first floor but on higher floors you will be climbing stairs a lot.

Loved location disliked late breakfast and zero room cleaning our entire stay. Also veryyyy loud!!!

I can t describe how amazing my experience was in this hotel. The room was amazing, the bathroom as well. The stuff incredibly attentive. The location is stunning. Is not noisy at all, in contrast to the extremely central location. The toiletries were amazing. The breakfast was so good, I can't describe it in words. They had everything you can think of, including a chef making your own omlette just how you like it Nothing

Beautiful old building. Specious and very clean. It was a bit too hot and one fan did not do justice but otherwise all was amazing.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, just a two-minute walk from Charles Bridge. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very functional. We were concerned about the noise since the hotel is in such a central location, but it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was extremely nice, and breakfast was sufficient. The first night was too hot, but the staff was kind enough to move us to a room with an AC.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Everything was excellent—from the welcoming atmosphere and high standards to the outstanding service throughout our visit. A very special thank-you to Jakub, Andrej, Oleh, Yaroslav, Maxim, and Vlad for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. You all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and your hard work truly made a difference. It’s wonderful to see such a dedicated and friendly team. We sincerely appreciate everything you did for us and will definitely be happy to return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Many greetings from Denisa

Great location, walking distance to most of activities Breastfast should be open earlier than 7:30am. We have tour at 7:15am, we couldn’t get breakfast done even we told waitress that we have to leave by 7:15am. Then , next day we have to leave by 7am to airport , of course we missed breakfast again . Basically, we paid the rooms with breakfast , but didn’t have it at all.

The location was excellent. We were literally just around the corner from the Charles Bridge and a bit further from the town square. I was concerned that it might be noisy at night, but I am happy to report it was quiet each evening! No complaints! Just a warning that it was a walk up to the 4th floor. This did not affect us, but not everyone would be able to do the climb after a long day of walking the streets of Prague.

Excepcional location, very clean and large room and bathroom. There is a restaurant on site that is also very good. We could walk to the old square and the bridge very easily. Note that there is no elevator. It was not a problem for us.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpfull. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omlettes cooked to order by the lovely chef. The hotel was perfectly situated for exploring the old town and surrounded by bars and restaurants Nothing major, the hotel was excellent value. The only thing was that it was a quite noisy in our room from early in the morning with cleaners and guests outside the door and the stairwell.
