Great location near the Charles Bridge, very comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff. Everything was very good! Nothing major, everything was fine.

Superb location on a safe quiet street but steps away from the crowds at Charles Bridge, spacious room and bathroom, highly effective individually controlled quiet AC unit in the room (mini-split), comfortable twin beds with feather/down pillows. Staff were all very pleasant, welcoming, and effective. Nothing at all

No place to park unless you walk to underground garage. Front desk staff was not friendly.

The property was close to everything but most importantly, the Charles Bridge. It’s 2 minutes away. The staff was motivated and helpful and friendly. Everything I asked was accommodated. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was had so much, it was everything I love to eat in the am. My 4 day stay was the best I have ever had, and I’ve been traveling here for 15 years. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is that I only stayed 2 of my 3.5 days. They were booked for my 2nd day here.

The breakfast had a great variety of food. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful with any request. The location was perfect for exploring on foot as well as close proximity to transit. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The room had an amazing amount of storage with huge closets. The pillows weren't firm enough but there were 3 per person so manageable.

Location is amazing just minutes away (by walking) from old town Square. They upgraded our room, it was very spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom itself was huge and comfortable. The staff is absolutely incredible! They answered every question and request with kindness and vast knowledge. Beds are very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is a bit low, didn't affect our stay that much but worth mentioning. The breakfast was very tasty but personally our group felt there wasn't enough variety.

Great location to visit the sights around Prague. Room was large and clean. Great staff and breakfast too. We had some issues running out of or not having hot water for showers.
