Mostecká 12 Residence is set in a historic building in Prague’s Malá Strana, on the left bank of the river and just a few steps off Charles Bridge. All rooms at Mostecká 12 Residence have original parquet floors and some of them have additional unique features such as stained glass windows or beamed ceiling. They have spacious private bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and heated towel racks. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Prague Castle, the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square can all be reached within a 15-minute walk. It also provides shuttle services for an extra charge.

This was a great place to stay in Prague with an amazing location at the heart of historical Prague and very comfortable bed , I would definitely stay here again if I revisit Prague. I would highly recommend it. The only thing I didnt like I'd say was the lack of air-conditioning but it seems like that is pretty common across this part of Europe, so I would say don't make that make you not reserve a room here. Because its a great place to stay .

Great location, lovely room - very clan and comfortable. Access by a keybox which was fine but always risky when arriving late. Lots to do within walking distance. A bit noisy outside at street level (I needed the windows open in the warm weather) but it was fine.

No AC :( but it seems it is regular problem in Prague. There was +30 C outside, inside was even more, so it was a bit difficult at nights, we kept windows open but then the noise was even bigger…

Our room is located at the 4th floor and have to take our luggage by stairs otherwise everything is perfectly well

Very clean and comfortable room, it was big enough for 3 persons. Nice host. We had everything we needed. And of course - perfect location ?

No lift/elevator. You have to take the stairs with all your luggage’s.

The street noise early in the mornings was loud with trucks. It was a bit warm when the windows were closed but too loud on the street to keep them open unfortunately. There was a small fan in the room. No A/C. A microwave would have been very nice. There was a frig but no way to warm things up and there was plenty of space for one.

Perfect location, without noise. Apartment was very clean. Very easy self check in. We were allowed to leave luggage in the storage room before checking in. All in all wonderful apartment and hosts. Huge recommendation!

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to most sites. Easy self check-in/out. Plenty of room space and comfortable. Had problems w the TV, but hosts did their best to try to fix it considering the time we contacted them. No AC, which wasn’t an issue for us since the weather conditions were very comfortable.

Location! Coordination with the staff for check-in. Understandable that not all buildings have elevators; it's just a challenge if you have big/heavy luggage and you will stay at the 3F ?

It was not a hotel it was an airbnb. No reception and the lock on the door was difficult but manageable.

The property is in a perfect location right next to Charles Bridge…room was clean and comfortable could not fault it for the price Nothing
