Pension Corto

Loved the location, 3 minute walk from the astronomical clock. Lots of restaurants, including the Corto Pizzeria which you get a discount for when staying here, and the servers there are nice too. Amazing breakfast place just across the way at Venue. Staff were super clear and helpful! Had bed and bath exactly as described. There was no air conditioning, only a big fan. Which is likely my fault for not looking that up. But it was very hot and so sleeping was super sweaty and uncomfortable which did impact our last day in Prague. Also we were up3/4 flights of stairs which is super tiring after walking all day, though this is pretty typical in Europe so not anyone's 'fault', but without AC, made it more of a trek.

In the heart of Prague. Once we arrived via taxi we walked everywhere a tourist might want to go including the castle. Very convenient. The room itself was the one with a loft and very comfortable. I loved the offer of tea. The noise from the street/restaurant/market outside our window was manageable and thankfully was not till very late. Getting up the stairs with big luggage might be hard for the physically challenged.

Such a cute little hotel in the perfect location with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Prague. I loved the wooden beams in the loft room. No elevator and 5 flights of stairs

Lovely friendly hotel right in the centre of Prague..easy walking distance to everything in the Old town My fault..I didn't read that there was no elevator.we were travelling with 3 large suitcases and there are winding staircases

The Staff were really welcoming and friendly, with a restaurant on the ground floor offering a 10% discount for guests. The room was clean, cosy and nicely decorated with neutral colours. Also, the bathroom was a good size and modern. The only downside to this Hotel is if you're staying on the top floor there's no lift.

The staff was really friendly. The location was amazing, really close to everything. Everything was clean. the only thing that we found uncomfortable was the shower, it was tiny tiny, slippery and it was a little hard to regulate the water temperature. But since everything else was great we got over this.

The location is incredible. The beds are very comfortable. Especially liked the over sized pillows. Nina checked us in and she is kind and helpful. This was our second time staying at Corto and will definitely stay again. The shower layout is a little awkward with the half glass wall. Makes it difficult to keep all the water in the shower and not flood the bathroom.The hotel did provide a portable A/C unit, which was a step up from last year. Since the unit needs vent hose, the window had to be left open to provide for that need, which somewhat defeated the purpose of the A/C unit, which had to work overtime and never really cooled down the room. Thankfully we were there when the temps were bearable and not within heatwave numbers.
