Breakfast was ok. Location was fine Staff at reception all very helpful. First room, bathroom light didn`t work, tried to report it but the room phone didn`t work so had to go back to reception from the 8th floor. Alternative room offered was smaller, with no nuts or sweets, but was ok. Staff at breakfast all looked very sullen. On our last day none of the tables were laid out with cutlery.

The room was decent and closer to old square so you can walk. The area has good food around the hotel. The Air conditioning was not working and after complaining the hotel staff giving wrong information. The GM apologized for that in the following morning but they did not provide any alternative to cool down.

Staff, location, breakfast included. Very little, but there was no bar soap or wash rags in the bathroom, and a relatively strange thing was no bureau or chest of drawers in the junior suite. Living out of a suitcase for 5 nights was difficult.

The front/ reception staff, Ghalib, was super helpful and courteous. Excellent service. Enjoyable stay!

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff responded quickly to our requests and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
