Was in an amazing location very close to all transport links and walking distance to centre Not the best view but this cannot be helped and we were advised of disruption before arriving

The staff and their willingness to help in any situation was wonderful. This is our second time staying with this hotel franchise and we will continue to do so in the future. We were a bit sad about the rooftop bar being closed but it was perfectly understandable given the incident with the fire. Making the orange juice, water and coffee unlimited for guests was a welcome compensation.

The hotel itself is fine. The standard room is a little small so may be worth upgrading for a longer stay Disappointed that we were not told about the closure of the roof terrace and bar prior to booking or arrival, but they had no problem telling us about the current construction work happening at the train station. Obviously not their fault that there was a fire, but a little honesty beforehand would’ve been nice.
